R.I've been going to this salon regularly for the past 5 to 6 years for haircuts, blow-dries, keratin treatments and colour. It provides a really high quality and good value service. All the staff are excellent, friendly and professional. I especially recommend Charlotte who has been doing my hair for the past three years, she is lovely and always does a fabulous job.
L. S.I've been seeing Frankie for waxing/beauty treatments for a few years now and I wouldn't go anywhere else. She is so lovely and always makes you feel super comfortable. The salon overall is very smart and clean and my appointments have always been on time! Highly recommend 👌

As someone who hasn’t washed her own hair since Margaret Thatcher was last Prime Minister, she still insists that O’Sullivan’s is the best hairdressing experience she’s ever had. The whole staff are dedicated and professional, and in particular Angie consistently offers the best colour and blow dry in London. We would both highly recommend but especially someone who is interested in high quality service for reasonable and honest prices.

My eyebrows are quite challenging as they"re an odd shape and not very thick, but Frankie does a fantastic job with them and really knows her craft! She's also absolutely lovely - very warm, friendly and professional. I always enjoy my visits to the salon. Highly recommended!

K. L.I had a lovely experience at this salon. Even I was a bit late with my appointment, they still accommodated me and was very welcoming when I came in. Excellent service from Egzona. She's very nice and got excellent skills in hairstyling. She even introduced me to this website " little princess trust" where I can donate my hair. On top of it, the service I received was free of charge as part of "hair for heroes" scheme. And even though it was free of charge, Egzona still gave me an excellent service and was friendly and professional.
They are very quick to respond as well when I booked via email. So kudos to o'sullivan salon!

B.I’ve been getting my hair coloured every 8 weeks for over 15 years and used salon’s all over London from Sassoon’s to Headmasters and O’Sullivan’s offers by far the best all round experience I’ve found. Their colourists are so talented and seem to always know the current trends and styles and the take you want on them; I’ve had both an incredible, natural balayage and highlights. The salon is lovely and their prices are unbeatable for the level of service they provide. Could not recommend highly enough.

I've since changed jobs twice, now live on the South Coast and STILL make the trip to visit him ! :) .. He listens to what I'm trying to achieve through styling, and I'm sure he actually now knows my hair better than me !

e. H.I went in to get a colour correction after another hairdresser had messed my colour up. Nina was great and really took the time to understand what I wanted and come up with a plan to rectify my hair! I left feeling really pleased with the end result and it was exactly what I originally had in mind. Not only did Nina rectify the colour with minimal damage to my hair, she did a fab balayage too. The general customer service was brilliant and the salon really tried to accommodate my last minute appointment. Will 100% be back :)

c. f.I’ve been coming here for about four or five years. I usually use the Bankside salon but also head over to the one in The Shard on occasion. I love coming to Lily and Angela, both of whom always leave my hair looking and feeling fantastic. I’ve started getting a bit more adventurous with brighter colours like pink and purple - the colours look great and there’s no one else’s hands I’d rather have my hair in.
I come here for highlights and for cuts, spending usually about 2.5hours because of my hair length. They’re always great to talk to, provide tea, coffee and magazines and head massages at the basin. They also have some great offers for loyal clientele. Cannot recommend enough.

V.For London, is a reasonable price, could be slightly less, but is what it is. The hairdresser was really professional, in sense of asking what you wanted to do ( giving examples- very professional) and also sensitive enough to understand if we want to chatting or not- this is a very positive point as sometimes do the hair is a relaxing moment and in some other places they speak and ask all kinds of questions which personal I find it annoying- so very good environment and as soon as you walk in you find a positive attitude, cleaning and professional.

A. D.Stylist review: Booked a last minute appointment with Charlotte, near closing time. I had just gotten off a transatlantic flight, and Charlotte was more than welcoming. Cracked jokes, was super courteous, and overall was one of the better stylist experiences I have had. Haircut and beard trim was attentive to detail.
Pricing: I think is a little high for what a cut entails, however the premise of the boutique is upscale.
