So happy with my hair for Christmas & New Year, Amber & her team are very professional and carry out work to a very high standard. When I first attended they had to colour correct my hair from a previous salon I used and have since highlighted my hair beautifully for me! Highly recommend their professional friendly service.

I’ve been going to Orange Chat for many years. The team are great, friendly and very attentive. I’ve had my hair coloured as well as cut there and I’ve always been happy with the results. I’m a very particular person and so a bit of a fussy client but nothing is too much trouble for them and they are always happy to oblige! Highly recommend

Amber and her team always look after me so well. I like my hair cut very short in a very specific style and have not found many hairdressers that listen to what I want. So I’m sticking with this hairdressers because they know how to cut and style my hair just as I like it!

I had been looking for hair extensions for thin hair and came across orange chat where they also offered hair toppers for thinning hair. I booked an appointment with Amber who was absolutely amazing, so professional but also so friendly and made my experience so comfortable. I decided on a hair topper and tape in hair extensions, best decesion ever, they go above and beyond to ensure you are always happy with their service. Love my hair topper and hair extensions, excellent customer service and amazing staff.

On my friend's recommendation, I recently got my haircut at Orange Chat. I must say I'm very satisfied with the result and service. Amber, the owner, did my hair and she was very lovely and professional. She was also considerate of me being a hijabi, and offered to do it downstairs which is a bit more private. A curtain would be nice but I was comfortable anyway as there were only women around and it wasn't crowded (Monday morning). I would definitely recommend Amber and her wonderful team.

Georgia is nothing short of exceptional. She’s been doing my hair for a few years now and I would not let anyone else touch my hair, she’s highly experienced, personable and I’d recommend her in a heartbeat. Fabulous, as always! Rare to find a salon and stylists who are all so talented and I would be very happy for any of them to do my hair. Amber is exceptional at colour correction and sorted out my lockdown dye job brilliantly. I don’t even live in London anymore, but go back down to get my hair done at Orange Chat. Im never really one for going to the hair dressers and i was very sceptical about Getting my hair both cut and coloured by a new salon and new stylist but all the staff made me feel so comfortable and walked me through each step making sure i was fully aware of what they were doing (which was a first for me) they really did look after the health of my hair, i would definitely recommend. All the girls here are so lovely. I now use this salon religiously when Booking for a haircut or colour!

tl/dr: best salon ever. No nonsense, honest advice, talented stylists. We love Orange Chat. We (myself, and 2 daughters now 12 and 16) have been going to this salon for 5 years. Amber, Samantha, and Georgia have all done various things for us; highlights, gracefully going grey - that’s me in one of the photos with straight platinum grey hair, trims, drastic short cut from long hair for the teen, maintenance haircuts, blowout and style for a gala evening... Most recently, Amber and Georgia did a ‘How to care and style your hair’ class for the three of us. We had a great time and learned a lot. I wanted to curl my straight hair with a straightener, my daughter wanted to straighten her curly hair with a hair dryer, and my youngest wanted to put her hair in a nice ponytail! Highly recommend.

Orange Chat and Orange chat w7 are amazing! all the staff are so friendly and really know there stuff. i always come out feeling like a new women. Georgia does my hair (highlights and a cut) every time . I've also started to get my eyebrows done as they have a new brow bar and Saher is incredible always listens to what i like and does a tidy up when I ask instead of making them thin like other salons. overall I can't recommend this salon enough!

She is just the queen of colouring and has done a fantastic repair job on my disastrous home attempt at highlighting. If something you ask for won’t work she will say so. I can't recommend this place enough, I'd recently come out of hospital and hadn't brushed my hair for over 6 weeks mentally and physically I was exhausted and I thought I'd have to shave my hair off as it was really matted.however the minute you walk through there doors your are greeted with a warm but electric atmosphere ,Amber and her team have such a weath of knowledge and experience between them and you can see the passion and drive they individually have with a genuine love for what they do. They are a young team who are up to date with current trends and products, they don't bombard you with sales pitches they really listen to you during your consultation so that they are able to give you the best style to suite your budget and lifestyle. There are so many salons out there but a consultant costs nothing pop in and talk to amber or one of her team I promise you won't meet a salon with more heart and understanding you really have nothing to loose x . .
