A. Z.I was treated to a top-notch experience from start to finish. Kayleigh did a superb job of a full head of highlights for me. After taking the time to listen to and discuss what I wanted, she proceeded to work on my hair with unwavering focus and attention to detail (a test of concentration on this thick mane!). She also addressed some previous colour imbalances in my hair and the result is a beautifully balanced, textured, subtle and shimmering colour from root to tip, and I am delighted with the result. Not only this, but an outstanding head massage from the proprietor, Hakki, along with all manner of laughs and chats, mean that this salon deliver not only beautiful work, but a warm and familial experience that is precious and difficult to put a price on. Heartily recommended.
J. S.My haircut here was second to non - Flora did an excellent job. The place was busy, but was offered a drink etc. And despite having appointments lined up Flora was attentive until i was happy with the cut. Thankyou.

A. Y.I had a great colour would really recommend Flora! Professional and friendly service and my curly mixed-heritage hair turned out looking lovely and was done with care! It didn't take long and was a nice experience.
One criticism? Some negative verbal comments about how black women style their hair from another hairdresser made the atmosphere really uncomfortable as I left.
