Was a good experience. Sophie cut my hair and she was really nice and kept the coversarion follow as she cut my hair as described. Everyone seemed lovely that worked there. I thought the pricing was good for the area. Recommend and will definitely be going back.

Best barbers in London. Joe, George, Sophie, formerly Max, and the rest of the staff there are absolute legends. The best chat and pristine levels of attention paid to optimally cutting your hair. Since I discovered this place in 2017 I can count on one hand the number of haircuts I've received ELSEWHERE. Highly recommend.

Been going here since we moved down the road a couple years ago. Had my haircut by Joe for my Wedding. Booking through the app works great and always a v relaxed experience. He really took his time and talked me through everything he was doing. Couldn't have asked for a better cut and wouldn't go anywhere else.

5 Star must go barbers!! These guys are literally the best barbers in London, you get a complimentary beer every haircut - genius strategy. When they set up in Chelsea I couldn't wait for them to open and I've been there every 2 weeks since. In fact all of my mates now go there, I should be on commission. Conversations are off the chart hilarious worth going just for chat ;-). The founders are extremely entrepreneurial guys the stuff that truly makes old school Britain great - FYI David Cameron and Hugh Grant get their hair cut here to name a few, it's Chelsea for goodness sake. These guys truly care and if you follow them on Instagram you can see all their shops posting the coolest stuff.

100 % reccomend ! Been going to OS barbers the past few years in London and always have had a great cut from Buzz cut to now a Mullet. Always leave happy with the cut and from having a good conversation with staff/owners. Kylie has been looking after me my last couple of visits for my Mullet maintenance and she been great, going above and beyond spending more time than usual cuts which I'm very grateful for. The team at OS are also taking that energy and professionalism for their clients into making their own products. I tried their Shampoo bar last night and very impressed in so many ways. It works great, environmentally friendly and supports British jobs by being made in the U.K. 100% recommend Kylie and all the team at OS Barbers and look forward to coming back for trims and also seeing the growth of OS as a brand and it's forward-thinking product line !

I have been going to OS Barbers in Chelsea ever since they opened. Before they moved to my area I used to go all the way to Brick Lane for a good haircut. Now I go to OS Barbers. The owners are very affable and very professional. Their prices are extremely reasonable for any area but specially for Chelsea. I have recommended them to many people and have never had anything but great feed back. Even when there is a few people waiting, they take their time doing a great job. Hope they will never move out of my area.

Best barbers in West London. Whatever you’re looking for, they will listen carefully and alway deliver a top class haircut. I’ve been going here for years and never had a bad experience.

Have been going to this place now for about 2 years and get my hair cut by Joe one of the owners, and would highly recommend it. I am generally very difficult when it comes to getting my hair cut and so finding a place I can trust and getting an extremely well priced haircut is invaluable. They are super friendly, attentive, great listeners and extremely thorough - never put off by the fact there is a queuing system and no appointments. This doesn't seem to phase anyone because everyone is treated so well, the music is amazing, the shop design is perfect, so it is just a great place to wait. There is even free beer!! These guys really know the value of a great consumer experience - bravo and thank you!

OS have been cutting my hair for a few years now. Always an excellent cut, with the best equipment in really cool surroundings, and at a great price! They stock a really good range of products that are used in the barbers, and the free cold beer is always welcome. Their branding is really cool, as is their Instagram feed and Spotify playlists.

Tried OS 18 months ago and haven’t looked back. They still understand the importance of scissors when doing a fade, if that makes no sense to you, Go to OS.

Go here about every month to get my haircut, the staff are always friendly and do a good job. I enjoy their music and they even give a NHS discount!
