I had a half-head of colour and I honestly feel five stars isn't a high enough rating. I was given a really thorough consultation and Dina didn't start colouring until she knew I was completely happy with the plan. Her attention to detail was first class and she spent a lot of time getting the colour exactly how she wanted it. I could tell she is a perfectionist and takes a lot of pride in what she does. The customer service was brilliant - friendly, helpful staff who know their stuff. I'm so happy with the finished colour and the blow dry was gorgeous, as was the other lady's who was getting her hair done at the same time as I was, with another stylist. I gave Ozzie Rizzo a try after reading the positive reviews on Google so I hope this helps anyone else who is looking for a hair salon in the outer west London area.

Having been recommended by the Mayfair hotel they told me Ozzie Rizzo would be a good place to have a blow out. I was very pleased to be squeezed in on a busy Friday evening. I was well looked after by a senior stylist who gave me good advice on what would suit me! ONE OF THE BEST BLOW OUTS I'VE EVER HAD! I will defiantly come back on my next trip to London!!!

I don't usually write reviews but I went to the Richmond salon this week and loved it. My hair looks amazing and I could not fault the service. I'm not sure why anyone would fault this salon, it has a great reputation locally and I have never known of any of my friends to be unhappy with it. I've gone for a lovely blonde bob and it's getting plenty of complements!

I have lived in Richmond for 14 years and I have seen hair salons come and go but not just hair salon, also other shops I was very impressed with OZZIE RIZZO very clean and had a great cut and highlights with a stylist called Sam [lovely lady] .She came from OZZIE RIZZO Mayfair branch ,but I could not help telling her how it works in Richmond , I told her the truth that people in Richmond HAVE CHAMPAGNE TASTE BUT LEMONADE MONEY ,she laughed . I shall be back just for the free coffee and great hair results .

I booked in with Sarah and had a great experience. This has been the best haircut I have had in a long while. Sarah was professional, knew what she was talking about and was genuinely a nice person. Going back for a colour next time :)

LONG HAIR LONDON REVIEW. WORKING FROM HERE have to say thru bad experiences in the past i was looking for a new hairdresser, someone who understood the upset of a bad haircut. looked on line found LONG HAIR LONDON neil....working in this salon im a scaredy cat.....hands up.....bad experiences have left me with a rotten attitude as soon as i met NEIL... i knew i had got the right person .. brilliant personality knew instantly we were on the same wavelength.. , he instantly knew what i wanted....hells bells and little fairies....why hadnt i found him sooner !...my hair is soo much better.. im following product advice and using it religously ( hubby thinks ive gone nuts lol )....but who cares...it works....so many of my friends have told me .. " your hair looks nice "..... BRILLIANT have to add an update have been following neils adviec religously jesus....i wish i had found him years back..... someone today said how great my hair looked...and it does. ! please note,,,, when booking ask for Neil . long hair london !

Well what can I say the proof is in the pudding as they say ,and what a pudding .My wife had long hair most of our married life. I heard of Ozzie Rizzo from magazine work that he appeared in ,Tatler ,Marie Clare ,and Cosmopolitan and I wanted to treat my wife to a preset and wow what a transformation was worth every penny . PS I have a new women in my life .
