Aside from that, I didn't regret going with Mary as she was so professional. She took her time and exactly did what I asked her to do. The place was so clean and nice, and there is nothing to complain about it.

It was my first time with Pall Mall Barbers and it did not disoppoint. I had an appointment with Tariq for a hair and beard cut. He was absolutely great. Hands down one of the best hairdresser I have had. He was very calm patient, knowelegable and suggested a great cut that would suit me. He really understands hair and was also a pleasure to speak to. He is a great person an also went out of his way to help with another issue I had and really helped me out. All around a great expeience and delighted with the outcome. Will be back soon!

Nico is a beardsmith! I’ve been to several Pall Mall branches, and they are the best. And I’ve used several beard technicians and Nico is my favourite! Does a great job. My recommendation would be to use him several times as he will get a feel for your beard, and remember your goals (what bits you are trying to grow out etc) and give you advice in keeping and maintaining your beard. Lovely guy too. A star service,, if your beard hasn’t been tamed in a while and is quite long, go for the £30 or £45,. £15 is more of a monthly maintenance cut.

They take appointments online and have booking app, which is really convinients and easy to use. Unbelievable good customer service. I had booked a time and got 30 minutes late. The barber had started cutting another customer instead and I asked if it was possible for me to get a cut after him, although knowing from the website that they were fully booked for the next few hours. The barber says he has lunch after this customer but that he can skip it and cut me. I asked him if he was sure, and he said it wasn't any problem at all. He absolutely hadn't needed to do that for me. During the cut he was very friendly and professional and I got a great cut. Outstanding place. Definitley recommend.

Been a long time since I got my hair cut and have meant to leave a review. I don't say this lightly, but I definitely had the single best experience of having my haircut here with these genuinely lovely people. Will was kind enough to cut my hair, giving me just the right amount of conversation combined with actual concentration on making sure I had the perfect hair cut. I'm writing this later rather than never because I intend to go back for a second hair cut with them soon and I think there is no better compliment than trusting someone to cut your hair a second time.

I have two experiences with the Kings cross experience, and both were positive. I would for the sake of this review hone into one particular experience. Flash back about a month and a bit ago, my Wedding day. I had booked a haircut and shave for myself, my father and my brother. Enter into the reception, I am greeted by a friendly smile from Jade. I mentioned I would like to pre-pay all the services before my father and brother arrived. I get an inquisitive look. I explain that it's my wedding day and I wanted to treat them. Ears from the fellow barbers perked up. From that point onwards, all the barbers in the shop, made it their sole duty to go beyond the call to ensure we got A+ service till we walked out the door. Everyone was personal, conversation was light and made us all feel good leading into the wedding day. Not to mention we all looked sharp. So thank you, Nabs

I had a haircut with Paolo. He was very attentive to the requirements and delivering a fantastic service. Considering was a slight variation from my traditional haircut he also offered me to come back and adjust if I didn’t like something. Really pleased with the service and new location. Just a word of warning the place does not have restroom facilities and the neighboring restaurant frown if you ask the use of the facilities.

Nordine was brilliant! i am very particular about my hair as it is long and curly and rarely cut (once in 3 years). I called Pall Mall and the man I spoke with called around and said the best option for me was Kings Cross as they have Nordine. He was amazing! Nordine gave me great advice on how to deal with my curls and after being told so many different things by different people it was refreshing to have a professional tell me what exactly the deal is. i instantly trusted him and felt comfortable and relaxed by his energy. He not only revived my hair but also made my quarantine-grown puberty-style facial hair into something that I can be happy with and offered some moustache wax on the house. As someone who is picky about hairdressers/barbers to the point they don't get their hair cut at all I found myself completely trusting Nordine and i am happy i did. happy to highly recommend :) thank you Nordine!
