What an amazing experience. My barber Aldo was absolutely fantastic. Really friendly, listened to what I wanted and gave me such a brilliant cut and service. I will definitely be booking in with him again for my next hair cut. The atmosphere in the shop is great, all the guys are super friendly and attentive. 100% would recommend!!

Great shave, great islay single malt, amazing chat with Aldo who did a fine job, and great value for money (£15). I used to go to Ted’s grooming room who are also pretty good, but Pall Mall Barbers took it a notch ahead with the experience. I know where I’m getting my future haircuts and beard trims :)

I haven’t been to Pall Mall barbers myself due to the distance from where I live. However, I had the benefit from getting a haircut from Aurelija (who is a barber here) for 4 years when she was a barber at the old place I used to visit in Becton. From my experience with her, she has always been very excellent from her skill levels and expertise. Her persona, skill level and experience are a major positive and she always was a thorough professional in giving a haircut. I am not known for having the most adventurous hairstyle but even then, she gave the best simple haircut I have ever had. I hope one day to be able to come to the shop for a haircut if I can. However, to those who can go, I encourage you to go and visit and she will do an excellent job.

The single best haircut experience I've ever had. The shop is gorgeous, well kept and all the staff was extremely friendly. I booked a restyling with Vito, who took the time to walk me through every single step of the haircut, explaining how and why he's doing every part of the style. To all men looking for a new, highly recommended, long term barber: Today I needed my frizzy curly mess of a hairdo sorting out. I remembered walking past this place a month or so ago and thinking “Wow, that place looks like the absolute nuts! Bet it’s pricey though!”. Checked out their website, saw it was £30 for a standard 30 min cut - thought I’d give it ago, despite the usual price range in london for simple men’s haircut being around the £20-£25 price range. They managed to squeeze me in for 1pm same day. Walked in, was very impressed with the design and overall vibe of the place, and was greeted by a lovely lady who checked me in and asked if I wanted a drink (water, coffee, and apparently rum and whiskey is on the menu?! Great! I got coffee though) and she assigned Dawid as my barber - who seemed super ready to go, as he got off the bench and started doing some stretches! Haha. He sat me down, and the usual haircut process began. First impressions: absolutely loved it. Because there was nothing over the top or fake about the place. Friendly and professional from the get-go. Now, I’ve never left a review on google for any business before, because I never really felt the need or compassion to do so. But I have to acknowledge the fact I am, for the first time, exceptionally happy with the service/product. The attention to detail and the effort Dawid made to not let me walk about of there without my hair looking amazing just shows that this guy takes a lot of pride in his work, and knows his stuff. He soon realised I have SUPER dry hair, and was kind enough to recommend I start using argon oil to sort my woolly mess on the top of my head. And I will be taking that advice, because the fact he even gave advice in the first place puts him way above any barber I’ve ever had to simply help you get your hair looking better. It’s a long story just to say that I got a good haircut from a barbers one time, but if you’re looking for somewhere (and someone) that takes the time and care to get your hair looking sharp in exemplary fashion, £30 at this place is the best money you will ever spend. Ive struggled to find a place that will cut my hair consistently to a high standard. I went back today for the first time since Jan 2020 as lockdown prevented me from getting a cut. Dawid as always was on point. I always leave it in Dawids hands cos I know he’ll always understand what I’m after. Rather than finding somewhere local to where I live and wonder what kind of cut I’ll get I’d rather travel into central London to get my haircut. Only one thing missing from my cut today was the lovely receptionist who is always so welcoming at the Paddington store. Not sure what her name is but kind of missed her energy in the store. I've now had three haircuts here (one from Vito, two from Mo), and I've been consistently pleased with the service. The staff know what they're doing, and are always courteous and friendly. Whether I've had a specific style in mind, or wanted to try something new, they've been able to cope. The online booking system is easy to use, and it's possible to specify a particular stylist when booking an appointment. There's a nice relaxed vibe, and I've always been offered a drink, while waiting for (or even during) my appointment. The price is admittedly higher than I'm used to paying elsewhere, but the I feel this is justified by the quality of services offered. There is a small discount for returning customers: just another little consideration to cement repeated custom.

I have been here a few times and overall this place has great vibe with a clean and professional atmosphere. My first time there I had booked my appointment for 9:30 but arrived 10 minutes early. My barber (Vito) immediately took my coat and the receptionist kindly offered to make me a tea or coffee. I booked a full-restyle and after showing the picture of what I wanted to Vito, he told me that I didn't have the length to achieve the look I wanted, however he suggested a few alternatives and I chose to trim the back and sides while minimally cutting the top to let it grow into what I wanted. After applying product and styling, my hair looked great and was exactly what I wanted albeit slightly shorter. To my surprise Vito changed my appointment and only charged me a standard haircut without me saying a word! This and the fact that he chose not to upsell any of his products leads me to believe that this place likes to let their products and services speak for themselves by delivering excellent value for money. Overall a great experience from my go to barber.

I've been going to PMB Paddington since they opened about 6 months ago and I haven't had my haircut anywhere else since. I literally haven't been dissatisfied with one haircut I have received. I can't stress this enough - these guys know what they are doing. They take it upon themselves to make sure you get the cut you want (not necessarily just their perception of how you want it). As an added bonus, expect a coffee, tea or hell even a whisky if you're up for it. Super friendly staff in a classic gentleman's setting. I visited Pall Mall Barbers for the first time in Paddington 21/12/2018. I had booked the appointment as a birthday treat for my husband. We were greeted by the lovely Jade who made us feel incredibly welcome. Despite arriving early the team were very accomodating. In the true spirit of Christmas we were offered chocolates and drinks and the team made a fuss of our six year old - which he loved - hi fives all around. Mo was able to see my husband straight away and my husband has not stopped raving about it. Mo sat him down and discussed his requirements, explained why his beard was the way it was and what he needed to do to remedy it. My husband has had a beard for many years and in his words "this was the best experience ever." It is such a great experience that we have booked next months appointment already. Mo really understood what my husband needed and gave him a truly first class treatment just in time for his birthday - thank you Mo. While hubby was being spoilt Jade and Vito kept myself and my son Alfie entertained and I said to them it feels like I've known you all for ages - we were so at ease. So much so that I asked them if they did little boys haircuts. Our son is six years olds and getting his haircut in the past has always been a nightmare - wriggling in the seat, not being able to use the clippers, hair in the face etc. Not this time. The whole team made him feel so important that he completely trusted Mo with his hair. He sat completely still in the chair and for the first time ever a barber was able to use clippers on him. Best haircut ever and a little six year old feeling like one of his football heroes. All in all a truly exceptional customer experience not just for those receiving the service, but also for the wives and girlfriends waiting. My cut was with Vito and I was very happy with the finished result (I hardly every remember people's names so that's a good sign). His attention to detail was superb, was really friendly and I look forward to my next visit. I highly recommend PMB Paddington and striking up a long term barber relationship!
