Such a great experience! 😍😍😍😍😍 It’s always hard to find a great hairdresser in my area even though there are so many salons in Clapham. I finally found my go-to and got a cool and great haircut ad colour. My whole experience from the receptionist to all staff was such a wonderful time and they were super kind and carefully listened to my request. My stylist helped me to achieve a better look than what I expected and actually, it’s no wonder because my stylist has more professional knowledge than I!! Anyway, I love the result and my experience. The salon is very clean and organised, and it’s easy to find from Clapham Junction station. Thank you so much, the Patrizia Manias team!! ❤️

Francesca was a nice lady, but unfortunately she did not sufficiently fulfill my request. I had booked for a balayage and was very specific with what I wanted, and had even showed her a photo - I wasn't happy with the results, and felt as if I had been ripped-off! The receptionist has zero hospitality - no greetings, not even a "hello" and I found this very rude! She shouldn't be working there, and I definitely will not be returning to this establishment. Update: I was asked to return in order to fix the problem. I decided to oblige and I was greeted by Stefano and Francesca; Stefano was welcoming and very generous with his time, allowing Francesca to achieve what I was asking for and I am very happy with the results. The highlight of the day was the teamwork of both of them. He listened to Francesca and I, supporting her and allowing her to deliver my request. This is what I expect as a customer. As a result, I left the salon very happy! THANK YOU Stefano and THANK YOU Francesca.

I found this place by accident, when I had some terrible knots in my hair I couldn't undo. The hairdresser was so patient, and in total must have spent about 4 hours carefully working through my fine tangled hair. I could tell these are perfectionists who really engage in their work. The salon has a clean elegant design which makes it a pleasure to spend time there. I will definitely be back and can't wait to have a haircut there!

I am a regular at the salon because it is the best in the area, and also beats the salons in the nearby Kings Road both in quality and price. I have a stylist I see each week who has designed a weekly haircare plan for me, and takes a real interest in my hair, recommending new products and styles to keep my ahir healthy. The condition is now consistently good and healthy, and I am delighted with the results. The salon also has a great range of organic hair products. All the stylists are very friendly and welcoming, and there is always a good atmosphere in the salon. Well worth a visit!

I love this place! Hairdressers are my favourite people, especially when they spoil you and make you feel satisfied and beautiful! The staff at Patrizia Manias has been amazing with me, carefully listened to what I wanted and delivered the exact cut and blow-dry. At the end I suddenly decided to do a toner too, although it was getting late, and they prontly said yes and did that too! Everything was accompanied by a lovely glass of red wine. If you are looking for a great experience, I’d highly suggest you this salon!

Haircut is of a good quality - Francesca and Giorgia do a good job. However as a loyal customer, I went in with a 25% discount code for signing up to the newsletter as the code says as a “thank you for signing up to the newsletter”. However apparently the code is for new customers only? Rather confusing. Instead, the manager gave me a loyalty card and said I would get a discount for the next time I come and insisted on charging me full price? I understand there was a bit of confusion but being charged full price even as a loyal customer was a little steep... Not sure if I’ll be returning sadly or finding a new salon.

Best of London! I have curly hair very difficult to blow dry, since I tried them?? I use them once a week as I love their blow dry and treatments, very professionals, Giorgia and Francesca are great and the other guys too! On top of all, they make very good italian coffee!
