Had a fantastic hair colour treatment with Suzanne. She is a very experienced hair dresser and takes great pride in her work. I am thrilled with my new look and have received many compliments. I have used this salon a few times and each time I have booked in with Claudette. Claudette is very friendly and welcoming but most of all she is a super hairstylist. I am very fussy about my hair and she is the only stylist I feel comfortable with. I actually let her do what she thinks and I always come away very happy. I highly highly recommend Claudette. You won’t be disappointed.

I would highly recommend Suzanne ( Senior Colour Technician) She has been colouring my hair for years. My roots are now dark in places and completely Grey on top but Suzanne always colours my hair to perfection. I am always getting compliments on how lovely my hair looks.

I have read quite a lot of reviews on the website and many clients mentioned Claudette’s name and how very happy they were with her work, and the way Claudette treated them. So I decided that she was the one I would like to ask to deal with the yellowish streaks in my silver hear. I must say, I had a very pleasant experience, I felt very comfortable in her hands. Her very helpful and caring, professional and friendly behaviour made a great impression on me. I have always had good experiences with the staff at Robert Neil, in East Sheen. I highly recommend it to anybody.

Claudette managed to fit me in such short notice to fix the hair that a hairdresser chain ruined previously. As I didn’t want to go shorter, we found a solution in tape extensions. Couldn’t be happier!

Claudette is the best hairdresser to ever touch my hair. If you are looking to get balayage or any other colour service she is the best. I have never walked out unhappy. She really listens and delivers of what you want. An experienced professional who knows exactly how to achieve the look/colour you want... The salon is very nice/clean too and also their services are reasonably priced which is a bonus.

Claudette has highlighted and cut my hair a few times and I have always loved the result. She always listens to all of my requests and offers her advice where applicable. After visiting today, I, once again, left more than satisfied. She's very friendly, as well as all the staff, and I will definitely be back again soon :)

Had my hair cut here by Claudette for years now and she always knows what to do despite the fact I have super frizzy hair. I have asked her to bleach and dye it purple and pink and it looked amazing each time. Everyone is super friendly and I would absolutely recommend getting your hair done here :)

Went for a gents cut and finish off of Adam. Amazing value for money. Similar price to barbers in the area but with a great hairdresser's treatment including wash. All staff are very friendly and helpful with good advice for your styling. I'll definitely make a permanent switch from my barbers to Robert Neil.

For twelve years, I attended Josh Wood's Atelier in Holland Park and paid £150 per cut for the privilege of getting a reliably good cut by a Vidal Sassoon-trained hairdresser. About 15 months ago, I decided to try my local salon as I'd heard good things about Robert and his sons. It turned out of course that Robert Senior is also a veteran of the Vidal Sassoon hairdressing school and knows exactly how to achieve a brilliant classic cut. Happy days! I have an even better cut than before, I don't have to travel into town, and I pay under £30 instead of £150 plus £6 parking fee. I thoroughly recommend this salon. Ask Robert to hold off on the hair gel though, unless you're a fan of the shiny look!

Had my hair done with a trainee who didn't have any knowledge about haircolouring nor cutting. Luckly when I went in unhappy next day, the staff was friendly and understanding enough to try fix as much as possible, obviously not all was fixable due to done damage, but I'm pleased that they tried to make the best of it! Still wouldn't go back in the future, I've had more pleasant experiences with other trainees and hairdressers. Most of the staff there seemed very unsure of what they're doing, and to me that's a red flag.

I am still shocked with customer service from the blond girl who washed my hair - she was not friendly and it seemed she wanted to pull out my hair. No heard massage has been suggested, what happened for the first time in my life in hairdresser salon. I was actually happy to finish as soon as possible with washing hair as I was quite intimidated.

If you want genuine interest in your hair, professional hair tinting know-how and a first rate cut, this is the place to find it. The top rate professional cutters I know personally are Robert, Bruno, Damian and Marc. They all do a fantastic job.

I have gone here a few times, and it varies each time, the juniors have got real attitude but the long term staff are pretty decent, having your hair washed is like a roulette wheel, last time I went I had some kid who had never done it before and was being instructed by another junior, this wasn't good, he was rubbish and I was paying full price so that put me off big time, they are always so rough with your head, don't they know hair's most prone to breakage when it's wet!? They need to sort out their juniors, then it would be pretty good consistently.
