Since they don't take reservations, expect to chalk your name up on the board and take a seat for at least half an hour on the weekend - but the skills and service are well worth the wait. Come here to get a pro cut on budget prices 👍🏼

A.I'm a fussy git I must admit and my experience here has I can honestly say been the best in London for the barbering - incredibly good value for the quality you receive, there's an extra level of expertise here for barbering - if you want a flawless cut here is the best place I've found 💖 make sure you tip as the staff deserve it ⭐
K. F.Great set of lads and lasses. I think I've been seen by everyone and never had a bad haircut. They're always really happy to take you in even if you arrive around 7pm. Can get busy so maybe try and get there when it's quiet.

K. F.Great Barbers. I use Rocket regularly as they are really friendly and I always get a great cut. As a trans man I found it difficult finding a barbers that was affordable and welcoming regardless off who you are. I've been using Rocket three years now and I've never been unhappy with my cut. Its worth checking the busy times as Saturday morning can be a long wait.
A. G.Good crew that genuinely seem to enjoy their jobs. Reasonably priced, all ages styles and tastes seem catered for well. Beards and tattoos not essential! There was originally a lovely dog too, but his owner (one of the barbers) has moved on i guess.
J. M.often a bit of a wait on Saturdays middle of the day but put your name on the chalk board, go do some shopping, come back just in time. Haircut and beard trim consistently great and reasonably priced. there's a few spaces for bikes and boards.
D. P.I have had hard cuts at expensive places in Hoxton and near Liverpool St - but this is the best barbers by far. Good chat, straight forward service and superb cuts. Best beard trims, they take the time to blow dry your beard which straightens it out and therefore you get a sharp beard trim. Not left with uneven trims. For £23 it is amazing value (hair and beard cut). A must for looking sharp.
M. L.It's nearly impossible to find a barbershop in London that is reliably good, for a decent price. Rocket is the exception - always a good cut. Reasonably priced (not cheap, but value for money). It's almost always busy though, so expect to wait.

S.I've been going to the Rocket on hackney road for a year or two and always had good experiences there. I went for the first time to this branch and my haircut was pretty bad - the barber didn't really listen to my instructions.
L.Would normally be 5 stars but the guy who cut my hair took about 5 minutes to do it and it was a very average cut. Usually the best place around though.
O. H.Might need to wait an hour for a cut as its first come first serve . It's busy so you will wait this is depending on when you arrive of course as most people finish work roughly same time . But had a cut from most of the guys and they are all good.
