I've been coming to Ruffians for 8 years now! You're not just going to get a haircut. The staff are friendly and fun. The decor is well thought through. The focus is on service and escaping from London for an hour. I always leave feeling refreshed and like I've just caught up with a bunch of mates. Ofcourse, a big part is the stylist. Naomi has a great eye for detail and has made the effort to get to know me well enough that she's comfortable having a laugh while trimming away. Thanks Ruffians, Thanks Naomi. 👍 5 stars would recommend 😂

I visited Ruffains today and had my haircut done with Tasos. He was excellent, welcomed me and offered me a cup of coffee. We had a little chat about what I was looking for and as soon as we agreed, he started my haircut. Tasos also kept explaining what he was doing while making sure I was happy about it. Finally I was very happy with the result, the service and the atmosphere.

I've been going to Ruffians for about 8 years now, and not once have I ever walked out of there feeling disappointed with my cut. Every single person who has looked after my hair over the years (Matt, Sam, Josh, Luke, Naomi) has given me an exceptional level of service. Friendly, professional, always up for a good chat, and liberal with the whisky measures back in the day ;), I will continue to use these guys for as long as I live in London!

I have been coming to Ruffians for 5 years, and the experience is always top notch, from the friendly front of house team to Stevie, the most talented and reliable barber I’ve ever had. I’m always impressed by how consistent her haircuts are, and I’m often blown away by how well she remembers our prior conversations. She clearly cares about her clients rather than just making small talk to get through the session, which makes it much more fun to come in regularly. Stevie’s thoughtful, friendly approach and consistent results keep me coming back time and again. I’ve even reduced the time between haircuts (before Stevie, I used to stretch as long as possible between visits). I would recommend Stevie (and Ruffians overall) very highly! The entire service is just spot on

I never give 5 stars as I always believe there is room for improvement however my experience at this barbers was second to none! The barber Jason meticulously cut, and reshaped my hair until it was the best haircut I’ve had. I would highly recommend this place.

Been getting my haircut by Luke since moving to London in 2018. He is the best barber I’ve ever had. His consistency is exceptional. He just ‘gets’ how to style my hair and make it look good. First time in my life that I don’t change barber every 3 months. Thanks Luke.
