It was my first time visiting Rush Stratford and could not recommend enough. Josh listened to every request I made and quite literally saved my hair. Everyone is so friendly and attentive. I’ve been using this salon since hairdressers reopened in 2020. I’ve had my hair cut and coloured a number of times here, including a couple of times after I’ve bleached my hair myself and needed a professional to fix it. I’ve been styled by a number of the team and have found them all to be skilled and professional. Ausra has cut and coloured my hair the last 4 times I’ve been to the salon and has always done a fabulous job, suggesting different shades and styles. Each time I have left with a new haircut that I am ecstatic with. Would thoroughly recommend

I had my hair cut by Joshua this evening and I am absolutely in LOVE with what he has done. He first took the time to listen to what I had in mind and looked at the reference pictures that I brought and gave his honest and professional opinion on what would suit me. He then gave me the best head massage and wash before crafting my hair like a true artist. I went in feeling bored of my hair and have come out feeling a new woman! I'd give 10 stars if I could!

It’s been almost a year since I’ve had a proper cut and colour at Rush Stratford and finally made it back to the salon again today. It was my third cut and colour by Claudia and she has been absolutely amazing each time. She listens to what I want and works absolute wonders with knowing how to cut my hair to suit me, and has always provide amazing highlights and balayage. I would definitely recommend Claudia and will be back again!

I really don't understand all of these bad reviews. I've been going to Marita for several years and despite moving quite far out of London I would not go to anyone else! I always get a friendly service from all of staff at Rush and Marita is an absolute gem of a hairdresser and colourist! Josh rescued my hair and I came out brand new! I went in with faded green after making the terrible mistake of dying my hair blue myself. He and the team came up with a solution to get me back to blonde and get rid of the green pigment. Wonderful experience and very professional.

I LOVE this shop, I always get nervous going to the hair dressers. I get nervous meeting new people and just get anxious in general. Having Aspergers & ADHD going to the hair dressers is a HUGE thing. Immediately I was put at ease, Everyone in Rush, Stratford are so welcoming, I first attended here to get my hair dyed, I desperately wanted my hair blonde/white and after several failed attempts myself I took professional help, they succeeded and my confidence levels are so high! I finally walk with my head up! I am enjoying my hair and even trying new styles & looking forward to exploring new hair colours. I went there yesterday for a trim and I was met again by the lovely Josh who had helped me before. He is incredibly, kind, caring and I can tell her has his clients best interests at heart! he guided me through what he was doing, we had great conversations throughout and yet again I was so happy with the outcome. It is so amazing walking in and everyone greeting me and remembering me. I don't feel nervous or scared, I don't feel like I don't belong or out of place like I do in other hair dressers. Had my hair done by Yeliz, she absolutely transformed my hair. It was dry and dead from bleaching over lockdown and she managed to transform it beautifully. I never spend money on my hair to get it done properly so I was a bit nervous the whole way through (and as the price was high) but it was so so worth it. One of my friends joked and said the reason it was that much because they took my old hair off and gave me new hair. I got my balayage and hair cut done by Aushra. If your in doubt, meet Aushra in Rush. She made me feel comfortable and gave me exactly the color that i wanted which is difficult to get on black hair. I recently moved to London after having the same hair dresser for 20+ years and was recommended to Yeliz by a friend. As soon as I arrived at Rush their team was super helpful with their Covid policies and got me seated straight away. Yeliz was really understanding with what I was looking to do with my hair and how fed up I was with what I’d previously had done at my old salon. My hair was severely damaged and broken and Yeliz still managed to save it and make it look incredible despite how much damage had been done to it. She made me feel completely at ease and gave me lots of recommendations for how to maintain my colour and improve my hairs health at home. This is a 'the picture says it all' moment! Having followed Roshni on Instagram and seeing how she works wonders with colour, years (I know right?!) after contemplating colouring my hair, I finally did it on 16/02/2018! Roshni prepped my hair for my wedding day last August and knew just how much I loved my natural hair colour so this was definitely a big step for me. Everyday since having my hair done (literally even this weekend whilst I have been at home) I have had compliments on my hair. I am so wonderfully surprised when people comment on how subtle it is and that it suits me so well. Got glossing done here. The stylist was so condescending and his assistant doesn't even know how to diffuse dry hair properly. They charge so much and don't even style your hair decently after colour/gloss. Not recommended.

Due to previously (few days ago only) having a disastrous haircut from super cut in Westfield Stratford branch, I came in and try to have my hair fixed, been assigned to cut my hair by Naz(the lovely lady with a gorgeous purple hair) , she was absolutely amazing, not only that she managed to saved my horrendous hair cut, she was extremely friendly and attentive, listened to my concerns, and explained the whole process of how would she cut in order to fixed my hair, definitely recommend this branch and will be popping in next time when I need a new hair cut again!! Super cut? Avoid at all cost!! Rather pay £20 extra to get a proper hair done, worth every single pennies! Update: just got another hair cut from Rush again, unfortunately this time is not at Westfield stratford branch as there has a longer waiting list, went to the one in Hackney instead, again very satisfied with the outcome, very friendly staffs, absolutely love the whole experience while I was there, definitely recommend this branch too! 🥰

I had my hair done by a Lithuanian Lady, I think her name was Urserla I know I have spelt that wrong. I had no expectations of my highlights due to having extremely dark hair from putting a lot of permanent hair colour on to it, I was also anxious about having my hair done due to covid restrictions and having to wear a mask etc. But the lady made my hair experience so good she was so detailed reassuring polite friendly and professional, she offered me great after care advice as I was using bleach in my hair, and my hair came out a lovely caramel honey colour which I was not expecting due to my hair being so dark. I have booked in again to see her and I will now only use her for my hair she is great and really knows her stuff when it comes to hair. Definitely would recommend Rush I wasn’t expecting such good service for a hairdressers located in such a busy area but actually it was one of the best colour experiences I have had...Thankyou Rush!!!

Del is my stylist and he's worth every penny! I've only been going to Rush for 4 months and I was skeptical of the prices at first but my hair grown and improved in texture. My natural hair is 4C but I've had a texture release treatment (£200+ including trim) and I have monthly conditioning treatments (£80) if it helps consultations are free! Go see Del, have a consultation with him you'll feel inspired, then have your hair done with him and you'll feel magical!!

Five Stars. I arrived in London in September 2017 from Los Angeles, CA and was looking for a stylist. I have travelled around the world and have lived in Miami as well as L.A and DEAN is the BEST hairstylist I have ever had. Absolutely superior quality hair cut, I am in absolute awe. He is the only stylist who has ever been able to feather my fringe the way I hoped and gave me the exact hairstyle I have always wanted. He is a genius and true artist. If you want the best haircut in the world, go to Dean you will be a client for life, guaranteed. Furthermore, the salon itself has a gorgeous French style decor that is exquisite, like the finest French boutique or patisserie. By the way did I mention how friendly they are? Absolutely lovely people. This salon is a hidden diamond. Go there. The negative reviews here shocked and saddened me as my experience was quite the reverse. I will be staying with Rush during my entire time in London.

It was my first visit which I booked online for the 50% first time voucher. I was seen by Andrea who was very nice and professional. I had a Kerastane hair treatment with a head massage and wash and cut. Had a glass of wine and biscuits to enjoy whilst getting my hair done. I started having my hair done by Del just over 2 years ago. At the time I started going to him my hair just wasn’t at its full potential and it was crying out for some TLC. Del has given it just that! I have seen the health of my hair improve significantly over the last 2 years and wouldn’t have anybody else do it for me now. I recently had my hair coloured for the first time in over 10 years and was really nervous about doing it after a bad experience. Del talked me through the process beforehand, advised me on the steps I needed to take to maintain the colour and more importantly the health of my hair, as well as reassured me at all times and I loved the end result. Overall Del is a bubbly, personable, confident hair professional who is fantastic at what he does. I receive so many compliments about my hair and have recommended a fair few people to Del as he’s just fantastic. I’m always more than happy with the end result and I think the feedback and compliments about my hair everytime speaks volumes about Del’s work. Thank you! x

I had an absolutely amazing experience here with Yeliz. I went in with an emergency - bleach box dye gone wrong. Obviously feeling incredibly embarrassed and worried about my hair she put me at complete ease. I was given wine, chocolates and felt like an absolute queen. Her years of experience show through, she answered all my questions and gave me so many tips. Ultimately, I left feeling confidant and absolutely radiant, something I have never experienced from a hairdressers. Everyone has commented on my hair, the cut, the colour, the style - they all love it! My mum says its the shiniest and healthiest she's ever seen my hair and now desperately wants Yeliz to work her magic on her. She is worth every penny and I've already booked my next appointment with her. What more do I have to say? Just book with her already!

I was happy with my hair however what really is a let down is the hidden costs. Now, on the website you can select what you want and who with, and a rough cost. However, when I was at the salon, they changed the type of treatment I was having without explicitly telling me. They were also very focused on up selling their products and other treatments which I didn’t feel was more than trying to drum up business. I’m not sure if I’d be back anytime soon because of this.

If you have Afro Hair, I cannot recommend Delroy enough! I had the ladies cut and finish and after looking at my hair for a few moments, Del knew exactly what it needed and gave me an excellent service. Del has been doing my hair for well over 20 years now. I would not have anyone else cutting and styling my hair. There have been times when for whatever reason I have gone to Del for a bit but whe I sit in that chair I know that I am coming out looking like a million dollars. I often visit this salon, but recently haven't and have to say I have missed it. From a relaxing head massage to the snacks and drinks given, so upon entry you feel relaxed. I have really thick curly hair therefore difficult to tame and handle, but always leave with a perfect cut and colour. I was here with damaged, darkly red hair and Terrence worked absolute magic on my hair. They managed to take out the colour and get my hair to a beautiful red bayalage. The salon is very clean with friendly staff who are always working and helping each other. The atmosphere in the salon itself is great. The manager is fantastic as well, keeping an eye on everyone and giving any help or advice needed. For what they managed to do with my hair the price was great and I have gotten so many compliments already about my hair. I was really impressed by everything. Definitely back soon.

Visited this site yesterday for the first time. I never dyed my hair before because I was scared of hairdressers ruining it or not being to able to dye it how I want it, but I trusted Naz and she did an amazing job. This was a good experience for me however... So what is good is the outcome, I went in and got a balayage and though throughout the haircut she kept warning me “it may not be that light” “you will need to come back at least two more times before you see a real difference” or “it may not turn out the way you want” which is odd to say to a customer. Turns out she really did know what she was doing and apart from the comments the actual dying and styling the hair was excellent. I am really happy with the way my hair looks! BUT RUSH YOU NEED TO SORT YOUR PAYMENT OUT!!!!!! It is so unprofessional to offer services or discounts with hidden costs! I went in being told it would be £94 and I paid £150! Because I needed this toner or this extra dye etc etc. It is so so cheeky, this is already exspensive but it actually feels dishonest when this happens and you are really letting your great staff down. Advertise what the haircut/style will ACTUALLY COST I have never had an experience like this with money. For good reasons!! I really like my hair, but I won’t go back, I can get it done just as nicely and not feel nervous about how it will come out or feel I need to contest the final payment. Sorry rush, make your prices as good as your employers.

So it was the first time I’d ever let anyone touch my hair as my mother is a mobile hairdresser. I genuinely couldn’t of asked for someone more talented, professional, kind & caring as Yeliz. Yeah lemme say that name again... YELIZ. Not only did Yeliz provide an amazing service with my hair, but she also went out of her way to take care of me when Mother Nature decided to arrive...and she wasn’t pretty! I was bent over the seat in pain (with my foils in) and Yeliz went to the extent of running to her car to provide me with some Paracetamol.
