Beautiful salon and a great team. Lina has been cutting my hair since 2010 - she is absolutely wonderful. I’ve never had anything other than a perfect cut! I have fine hair and she works utter magic on it. Highly recommended.

Friendly and professional staff with exceptionally skilled cutting and colour talents. Consistently good too - my hair always looks it’s very best when I’ve visited this salon! Of course Sassoon isn’t the cheapest, but it is so worth the investment because the cut lasts like no other I’ve had and the colour really lasts. I understand the staff train hard, and continue to train through their career, so are at the top of their game and clearly very passionate about what they do.

I am always highly impressed when I visit the Covent Garden salon. Today as always Geri and her team provided a warm, professional and welcoming service. The standard of the cut is always perfect and I always leave the salon feeling happy and highly satisfied. It’s great to have Geri cut my hair each visit. She is clearly an expert at her job and uses her knowledge and vast experience to produce the perfect haircut. I wouldn’t go anywhere else.

Best haircuts always at Vidal Sassoon. Last one at the Covent Garden site with Geri. Expensive but well worth the money. Lovely lady, warm and welcoming. Great haircut and advise on shampoo and conditioners. Bought a Kerastase conditioner and again superb.

I love everything about this salon - creative and caring hair colouring by Nicole and brilliant image transforming haircuts by Geri, friendly reception staff and great head massages. Even when I crawl in half dead I emerge with a spring in my step. Thank you, thank you, thank you and 10/10 would recommend! Edited to add: after 16 months in lockdown I came back to the salon looking like a highland sheep that had been lost in the hills. Geri got out the extra big shears and transformed me back to my former self. Magical! Would give more than 5 stars if I could!!

Like the way the salon looks and feels. Have been there three times and treatment has been generally good, but not perfect. Last guy I had didn't seem to genuinely care about me once he'd done my hair. Customer care should end once the customer has left the salon, not when you've finished your treatment.

You know when you think you got a really good haircut, perfectly styled, then go home and (eventually) wash your hair, only to find that no matter what you do you can’t quite get it to look even remotely close to what it looked like when you left the salon? Well, rest assured this will NEVER happen if you go and see Ryan at Vidal Sassoon @ Covent Garden. My hair looked amazing after he cut&styled it, and is looking amazing still, even after I washed it and gave it a few blows of the hairdryer before rushing out of the door. Millions of people commented how lovely, healthy, shiny etc. my hair looked. And that’s just today. Seriously – if your hairdresser is more of a stylist than a cutter, go and try Ryan: he’ll give you a cut that will style itself.

Usually have a great cut done here. However, recently had my colour highlights done and they left the colour on too long so that my ends were totally dried up. Never happened in any other salon before so I won't be coming back.

Great time here, plenty of hot drinks on offer (always worth a biscuit), great stylist and inventive colourist, friendly (but not overly so) students. And, as always, the best cut for fine straight hair. Ever. (Colourist even forgives me for in between home dyes).

Came here to get a top up on my previous colour done at Vidal Sassoon in St Paul's in February. It's a much wider, brighter, airier salon than l was expecting, situated on the corner of Seven Dials in Convent Garden. The consultation was done very professionally, with lots of attention paid to examining my root growth, natural tone ( what's left of it) and my request to have purples included in the overall effect. Less than two hours later l emerged looking 300% more vibrant and much less dingy ... as we Geordies say.....than when l entered. Absolutely delighted with my hair and the free Earl Grey tea accompanied by a tasty Biscoff biscuit. What more can you ask for from a visit to a hairdresser. Sunshine when l came out tick ✓ Colour that will last ages✓ Colour that easily rivals you know who, you're worth it, that others will envy and compliment you on ✓ Nicely located salon where you can go shopping afterwards✓ That's four stars in my opinion. The fifth l' ll give on my second visit if it remains as good as the first.
