L. H.Wow! The staff here are utterly amazing! From the number of times they wash your hair to the most amazing head massage. I have never experienced anything like it. My hair is very thick and unruly and they had some great- low maintenance suggestions! The staff really cares about their clients well being. I can honestly say that a visit to shades will be an incredible experience.

Alessandra she took care about me most of the entire time from the beginning.
I just simply showed her a picture and she knew already the method and the colours to apply on my hair.
In the meantime i was offered few drinks and a biscuit after bleached my hair.
The staff did an amazing job too.

I visited their Hammersmith branch today and had the best experience from start to finish: Alessandra is the queen of colour, I didn’t even have to say anything about my preferences, she just nailed it on her own! Ezio did the best haircut and the lovely Ana gave me an amazing head massage and great blow dry. If you are looking for the best hairdresser in London look no further than Shades!
