Had a haircut here over lunch. No appt. It was fine. Cut, cleaned and finished to a high quality. Will be leaving my existing stylist for this place. They know how to handle East Asian hair.

Professional and pricey. But it is London. FYI, I have had been looking for barbers where Asian male give decent reviews. It is not easy for the local barbers to handle straight and short Asian hair. This is the place if you are still searching like me.

I had been a loyal customer to Shiroma since my very first visit 6 years ago and had never for once tried another salon. Never received that many compliments to my hair before I started having my haircut there. There’s a reason why the business is still standing after decades . I had my hair done with different stylists who are all very good. However I’m giving 4 stars because recently I felt that something was not right when a few new stylists were entering charges and tips on the machine which gave me doubts and bring down my trust a little bit. I hope I’m wrong. If so I apologise if not I hope they could stop doing it

Best hairdresser I've had. Used to go to this place when I lived nearby and then stopped when I moved away. I have never found a more consistent, professional place than this and after 8 years I have returned and it is still excellent! My hairdresser is excellent and professional. To be honest I have been to a lot of trendy looking hairdressers that look more like bars then hair salons, they never meet the expectations but this place always does!

It was my first visit. The service was great, and they were able to fit me in the next day. It was a very comfortable and lovely experience. I have recommended this place to a few of my friends and colleagues. I will be coming back when my hair is due for another cut.

Today I went for a hair cut. I must say the service that I received was excellent. The hairdresser Emi was delightful, she gave me a relaxing shoulder massage, which was included in the price, and also many advice about hair care. The best part is I really loved the hair cut, the best I have ever had in ages!

Popped in on my way to Stansted Airport I had a short hair cut which was growing out and it was becoming unmanageable and looked terrible. The salon took me straight away and they spent at least ten minutes discussing my cut options to help the grow out. Excellent service, work and attention to detail. Thank you so much 😁

I'm absolutely in love with my haircut by Joanne! It's the best I had in London, with attention to details and my requests. Liked the shoulder massage too, very refreshing. I'm happy to pay £45 for what I received and I'll be coming back soon.

Joanne is excellent. A place where they listen to what you want and have the expertise to carry it out. Not exorbitant but not ridiculously cheap either. At least you walk out feeling a million dollars and knowing that when your hair does grow out, the quality cut will still make it last that much longer. No disappointment here :)

A great Japanese salon that is attentive and of good service. It’s open until late M-F for after work hours though very popular so appointments need to be made perhaps weeks in advance. The salon isn’t open on weekends unfortunately. A mini shoulder massage for a few mins after hair washing is a lovely touch! The salon is clean and accessible by Liverpool St stn, awesome!

I was concerned about the lack of reviews on Shiroma, so I was relieved to see how busy their books were, when I went there to book an appointment a few days ago. Having had great cuts and service at another japanese salon (Ticro Hair in Covent Garden), I thought I'd give Shiroma a try, as it's nearer. I'm glad I did. Emi who cut my hair was great. She gave me a very pleasant shoulder massage and I'm really happy with the cut. Shiroma is good value for money and I'll definitely be going back.

(Translated) My third (and hopefully last) Barber 💈 in London. I asked at short notice for an appointment and get one directly, even though they were full and there was little staff. 5:30 🕠 there, appointment for 6:15. Arrived punctually at the loving Moe. Result: Get exactly what I wanted! And while cutting a great conversation, and (and then I searched for a long time) get a good consultation. We formed the haircut together to make it perfect. The price is high - but the quality too! It was worth it. Massage was the best I've ever had from a barber. Unfortunately, they do not do ear hair removal, as is common in the Barber. But I also get it myself;) Conclusion: If you're like me, being meticulous with his hair, feeling comfortable with your hairdresser and really wanting to feel that your hairdresser cares about what you want and he wants to help you, then you're in the right place ! Unfortunately, I was not offered a drink, but since I got an appointment at short notice despite the circumstances mentioned, it definitely makes up for it. Thank you! (Original) Mein dritter (und hoffentlich letzter) Barber 💈 in London. Habe kurzfristig nach einem Termin gefragt und direkt einen bekommen, obwohl sie voll waren und wenig Personal da war. 5:30 🕠 dort, Termin für 6:15. Pünktlich dran gekommen bei der liebevollen Moe. Resultat: Genau das bekommen, was ich wollte! Und während dem Schneiden ein tolles Gespräch geführt, sowie (und danach suchte ich lange) eine gute Beratung bekommen. Wir haben quasi gemeinsam den Haarschnitt geformt um ihn perfekt zu machen. Der Preis ist hoch - die Qualität allerdings auch! Mir war es es wert. Massage war die Beste, die ich jemals von einem Barber bekommen habe. Leider machen sie keine Ohrenhaarentfernung, wie es beim Barber üblich ist. Die bekomm ich aber auch noch selbst hin ;) Fazit: Wenn du wie ich bist, der penibel mit seinen Haaren ist, dich bei deinem Friseur wohl fühlen und wirklich das Gefühl haben möchtest, dass es deinem Friseur wichtig ist, was du dir wünschst und er dir dabei helfen möchte, dann bist du hier genau richtig! Leider wurde mir kein Getränk angeboten, aber da ich kurzfristig einen Termin bekommen habe trotz genannter Umstände, macht es das definitiv wieder wett. Danke!
