S. A.The best ever. My hair feels amazing after the collagen treatment! I was late to my appointment as I was stuck in traffic and they continued an hour after closing time to finish the treatment on my hair. I honestly loved the whole experience and I am so grateful to Fatima and her team.

N. H. (. H.Sinaz is amazing! Professional, welcoming and always puts her customers first. Such a lovely personality and an honest soul. Appointments are welcome but if she can fit you in as a walk in, she will - I've called on short notice and often times she's always been able to make time for me or she will give me a time to come in on the day if she's busy. I've been coming here for more than a decade and although I moved out of London a few years ago, I still make every effort to have at least my eyebrows done by Sinaz at least every 3wks, simply because I know she'll always do them well and exactly how I like. Waxing preference is always to get it done by Sinaz too because she hasn't failed me yet. Not only is she efficient but she ensures every hair that can be removed is removed. If waxing goes wrong in other salons, you can fix it at home, but threading eyebrows is one thing I've learnt not to trust anyone other than Sinaz to get right. Great make-up artist too. Highly recommend!!
P. E.The main hairdresser Fatima is brilliant. I have very dry hair with different colour tones. Fatima did a great job with my hair and the colour is brilliant. All other hairdressers are also very good & friendly. Prices are reasonable. I had to wait very long, but it was worth waiting.
Wish they take appointments and can be open on Sundays too.

Particularly impressed how Fatima did my cut and blow dry today. Showed her a picture of how I want my hair cut and styled and she did it perfectly to suit my face. Couldn’t stop looking at myself in the mirror haha. This salon will always be my go to👌🏻.

N. H.I loved this LADIES ONLY salon. I have just got my hair cut and changed color there, the result was absolutely amazing I love my new look very much. Fatima she’s the one who served me and she’s very professional she knows exactly what she’s doing and I felt that my hair is save under her hands. She’s also a lovely person she took me photos every step of the way to make sure am satisfied with everything. Really amazing experience I would definitely come back and highly recommend.

R. D.Brilliant!!!!! Excellent service, the staff are amazing and very friendly, the products used are fabulous. When I arrived my hair was completely ruined due to really badly done bleaching.
Fatima was very professional, and informative about the colours/cut/treatment that was needed for me to fix my hair, and completely transformed the mess that I had on my head. I highly recommend smart touch! And will most definetly be returning.

They have managed to restore my hair as it was badly damaged from highlights in previous salons and even better they were able to still keep me blonde. I now have healthy, non orange blonde hair.
The owner Fatima does wonders with colors and can achieve what ever and if not better of what look you are going for.
Experience her & her teams blow drys and you will never be satisfied anywhere else you go. They literally can last a whole week if need be!

B. E.I went today to Fatima and she did a great job. My hair was two colours ; the roots were black and blonde at the bottom. I didn’t dye my hair for a year because I couldn’t afford to risk it again after using bleach few times. She did a great job fixed the colour for me and she gave me a little nice style at the end as a little treatment without even me asking how sweet!!. I have been going to this salon for 14 years now and I can’t think of any other place. Her staff are really nice and friendly too. The environment is great there she always offer coffee, tea and biscuits. I promise you will feel at home. And finally this wasn’t the first time she helps me out. I went once to her after bleached my hair few times to make it blonde at home and she offered to help me to tune it free of charge. She would give you an honest advice. I went to her couple of time to get my hair blonde and she advised me not to do so as it will damage my hair badly and she was right. Clearly she cares about her customer more than getting money. And that’s how she won my heart. I just wanted to thank you so much, and tell you that you are the best hairdresser with great knowledge.

I got highlights and colour done, cutting, blow drying, treatment, threading many times and never leave disappointed.
Very well priced and accommodates for covered ladies.
