I had my first experience at South Kensington barbers purely by chance as it was the closest one to my new job and I needed to get a haircut before I started my first day at work. I had such a good experience and had a lovely barber/hairdresser named Barbara who took the time to understand my needs and broke all of my previous barber fears. I showed her a photo of what I wanted and she done such a good job. She done me a nice skin fade, and she could cut the top nicely adding texture and gave me a wash and styled it so nicely. I walked out for the first time feeling so happy with the style and felt confident going to work, feeling trendy with my fresh cut without the feeling of wanting to re-style it myself. I also have to mention that it was the morning of re-opening since the second national lockdown and it was very busy to the point where there was a line outside going down the street. There were 3 barbers working and it was very clear that they didn’t let the stress or pressure get to them as they still took the time with every customers haircut without rushing. The price was very reasonable as well considering the standard and location. I went by chance but, definitely will be going back. 😊

I'm from the US originally, long story short I needed a haircut. The haircut I received was fantastic. That being said, I was not aware of what the price for the cut was, I don't remember seeing it posted in the shop. However, it is posted on the website. Staff was friendly and Jane did a knock out job with my cut, fantastic job blending and getting the fade to look right.

Had my first haircut this morning. Really amazing experience and had a classy feeling in the shop, small details made a big difference. Scissor work of the barber was quick but careful and the man did a fantastic job shaping my cut. The warm shaving foam and light shave around the ears and back of the neck was an enjoyable conclusion to a wonderful haircut. I will definitely be returning here - Thanks guys!

While looking around South Kensington for a barbers, spotted this and found it had very good reviews. Came in for a haircut in preparation for an interview. The staff were wonderful and friendly. I got service pretty quickly and was a enjoyable experience. It only cost £19 for my cut and was a very good price. Especially, in comparison to the charges of other nearby barbers and salons. The shop was relaxing and has a comfortable waiting area in the back. Everything was clean and the staff appeared very experienced. I would visit again for my next hair cut!

For first time I did visit this barber shop. The service was excellent. Exactly how I wanted, basically I’m really Surprise too. Because I had my beard done from one lady. I never seen on my life a female barber to deal with the beard on that perfect way, honestly perfect. Most of the times when i go to different barbers, when they shave, after shaving some bleeding comes out, i have sensitive sking too. but today I couldn’t even feel the razor on my skin no bleeding or even red nothing at all properly focused on the job. I found it professional less talking more working. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED to visit this shop it was a great job great price too thanks guys. I do live just local, i can save my time and they got my trust from now and I’m very happy with the service 👏

From the moment I walked in I was transformed to a vibe that I have only experienced in my teenage years when I would visit the barber in my hometown. Cutting hair is very personal and sometimes anxious. I was put at ease immediately. Greeted but not overly so. Despite the fact that this was my first visit to south Ken Barbers I felt like I was returning. The energy here is hip and like my favorite blanket. The juxtaposition of smooth edginess. Abdul - the barber that cut my hair - I just knew I could trust him. Without having to articulate every detail of what I wanted, he could interpret and implement my spoken and unspoken requests. Nothing short of magical. I live in Philadelphia and I will now come to London’s South Ken Barbers to get my hair cut.

I came upon this place by accident while on vacation here. Most men's haircuts around this area were at least £35, but I paid a very fair £19.
