I have been trying to get white or a bright blonde hair colour for the last three years without success. I was on the verge of giving up when I came across the STIL salon website. I decided to give it one last go and so glad that I did. I had a consultation with Michael who listened and understood what I wanted and said it was possible. I had my appointment with Michael this week and I am very very happy. Finally I have a blond that I like, white and bright. The salon is chilled out, friendly and professional. It all felt very easy and comfortable. I would definitely recommend them.

I had a really good experience at STIL. The whole team were friendly, polite and accommodating from the moment of booking onwards. Shannon coloured and cut my hair and she is a dream. She took the time to listen and understand what I wanted to achieve and I am now happier with my hair than I’ve been in years. I can’t recommend them highly enough - this is how all hair salons should be run.

From the moment I walked in I knew I was in a 5-star salon. The staff member at reception greeted me by name and I was made to feel so welcome. I was shown to a waiting seat and offered beautiful magazines and a choice of beverages including Prosecco. I was offered special touches, such as a protective bag for my handbag so I didn't have to put it on the floor. My hair wash was absolutely out of this world and included a relaxing aromatherapy massage with a choice of oils. My blow-dry with Christel was simply the best I'd ever had. I had booked at the salon since I was attending the Aesthetic Awards ceremony at the Royal Lancaster that evening near by. It was important for me to look my very best because I was a nominee. I was absolutely delighted with the look Christel gave me and no wonder she's won so many awards herself. Couldn't recommend Stil Salon enough and all the best to them opening their Flagship Chelsea Salon. Xxx

I went to STIL for a colour and style. I was looking for something that was pretty dramatic (I usually have bright colours in my hair) and that was what I got! Cristel was incredibly professional, made sure she knew exactly what I wanted and took time to match my colour to exactly that. I then had a fabulous cut from Jack who really put the finishing touches to my colour and set it off so well. I was really comfortable with all of their processes, the salon was super clean and a lovely environment to be in.

Anna is brilliant, I had a consultation and she knew exactly what my hair needed colour wise which was refreshing and then gave me options on different processes to colour my hair. I’ve been a client since 2018 and for good reason I still go back time and time again. The staff is wonderful, the place is gorgeous and the end results are always mind blowing. You can’t go wrong with making an appointment to get your hair done with anyone at Stil. Every member of staff does outstanding work 😉. This last time I got my haircut with Jack and he is amazing! Jack is a hair wizard! He's so friendly, really listens, and he understands curly hair. He's encouraged me to not continuously straighten my hair and embrace my natural texture AND he doesn't chop off more than wanted (I have had hairdressers cut lots of my long hair off before). He is so patient with me and the whole salon makes you feel so treated - they even have a selection of milks to have in your coffee if you have dietary requirements. I'm so happy with my haircut and feel so relaxed after coming back from Stil!

Christel and her team are the best! High quality service both for cuts and colouring, always aware of latest trends, and they use quality products that smell amazing - The head massage with essential oil is quite something! Cosy space, with smart, minimalistic decoration and very chilled. Free coffee and drinks menu. Very friendly and personal approach to customers. I am always looking forward to coming back.

The team at Stil are incredible. They are experts in their field and extremely professional. The quality of their service is second to none. I have been visiting for over three years and the expectations they set for themselves have never faltered. I always go to Anna for my blonde highlights and she always manages to find the perfect mix - she will be strict about what she's willing to do for the benefit of your hair health, though! If she doesn't feel your hair can handle a treatment in it's current condition, she won't jeopardise it for the sake of just doing what the client wants. I think this shows a huge amount of pride in her work and wanting to do best by her clients longer term. I would always recommend this team to friends and family.

I've been going to STIL for some time to fully transform my look. I started with a messy blonde colour on top of my mousy brown hair that was more orange than blonde. I'm now with a gorgeous cool, creamy blonde that blends beautifully with my roots. Michael has been doing a magnificent job, with the patience of a saint (I have a lot of hair). Hazel is always welcoming and friendly. The whole place is gorgeous and the service is amazing.

I'm so glad I found this place! I just moved to London from the USA and have been looking for a salon I could make my home. Sadly, my first choice ended in disaster and my hair was totally ruined with an awful, patchy hair-dye job that I was embarrassed to go out in public with. I came to STIL Salon and had my hair fixed by Craig - he did an AMAZING job! He was very honest during the consultation on what colors looked good on me and walked me through how he was going to fix my previous dye job. The end results are fabulous and my hair color looks SUPER natural!! To echo someone else's review, he really does treat your hair like a painting and works on different sections at a time, which is something I've never seen in the USA where they just dump color all over your hair and call it a day. I'm definitely never letting anyone else color my hair while I'm in London. I also love Andrew who runs the front desk and responds to phone calls/emails. He is incredibly responsive with email inquiries and is VERY sweet and kind. He has a wonderful personality and will make you feel so welcome when you enter the salon. I recommend you give this place a shot!

Tranquil oasis of a salon with lovely staff and great coffee (very important consideration, bonus points for chocolatey nibbles!). Particularly enjoyed the aromatherapy head massage whilst being shampooed. I had an in depth consultation with both stylist (Eve) and colourist (Craig) who listened and offered honest opinions. Walked out with a cut and colour that exceeded expectations. Definitely my go-to salon from here on.
