I went to this place first on Friday the 26th November 2021 after checking out google reviews. Was feeling very apprehensive but as soon as i got there i felt very welcomed and at ease. Collette was lovely and I absolutely loved my end result from the colouring and styling of my hair. I had a total of 2 visits, just a couple days a part. Both were great. I will definitely be returning.

I never go anywhere else. The Tangles team are top class, I am always very very happy with the results of any appointments. Their colouring skills are exemplary and my hair always looks fantastic if I do say so myself. Adam and the Tangles team are skilled, friendly and receptive and always check if you would like a coffee. Highly recommended!

I’ve been using Tangles in Hanwell for many years and always leave really happy with my cut & blow dry. Adam is always great and even though I’m not good with hair & how I want it cut he always interprets what I mean into a great cut. I’ve also had full colours and hi-lights here in the past they were great as well.

Can't describe with words how happy I was with my new hair! Place looks lovely, staff is professional and they take good care of me. I did my own hair during lock down and the team just fixed all, made amazing job with a low price thinking about the time they spend with me I felt bad and honestly I have to say it was best hair experience in my life and my hair looks gorgeous 😍 Tasty coffe, spacious well decorated salon and a lot of advise about how to take care of my hair at home. Had my hair done yesterday by Collette total transformation! I am every hairdressers worst nightmare with really long thick hair and had 3 different colours in my hair from previous dye. Collette was patient and didn't rush even though my hair is never ending the results are amazing smashed it! spot on everything I wanted and more feeling all shiny and new. 100% would recommend to everyone. All the staff are super friendly and helpful. I know lots of people who also still go there to get their hair done even though they’ve moved out of Ealing. I had my hair cut today in tangles by Maria for the first time, I have been visiting tangles over the years and they never fail to let me down their service is at high standard and timings are always very good when booking which means I’m not left waiting around. They are always welcoming and the staff are very polite. The prices are reasonable however you can’t put a price on high standard cuts and colours, the staff always listen to what you want and deliver which means they don’t get scissor happy. Overall the service received is at High quality

Have been going to TANGLES for over 30 years. Family owned and originally started in West Ealing by Geoff Vanelkan, the hair studio is now run by his two sons Adam & Dean. The cuts are fantastic and as many women visit Tangles as men. It's advised that you pre-book as with all good hairdressers the place is usually packed. Totally recommended and I still travel a 35 mile round trip to have my haircut there.

I have been going to Tangles ever since I arrived in Hanwell in 2009. I spotted an excellent haircut and colour in the playground, and asked the fellow mother where she got it. Having been a beauty writer on Vogue magazine, I can honestly say that the hairdressing at Tangles is as good as most things you find in the West End. From colouring to cut and blow dries, it all works well for me, and there is no real difference in result between ultra expensive Nicky Clarke/John Frieda/Schumi etc and the friendly, smiling young people who work at Tangles. The owner is descended from a long line of hairdressers, and told me the fascinating story of how his grandfather was in England as a German prisoner of war, and married the farmer's daughter where he worked, opening a salon in London after the war. The owner's father was part of the 60s Vidal Sasson/Leonard crowd and gave me a sharp bob that would not have looked out of place on the Kings Road in 1966. Whatever length my hair grows to, they are always able to get a good result that is much admired wherever I go. Altogether well worth a visit, and certainly not just if you are local. Good value too.

My haircut has settled well, is practical, and just what I wanted. Thanks Collette!
