I have visited Tatiana Karelina's salon in September for a piece of clip-in extension and have to say the quality of the hair used is absolutely amazing. I got a clip in braid in the end and it was super well made with sturdy clip as well as long, soft hair that's hand blended and perfectly matches my colour. The braid also has a unique design at the top to make braiding easy. Tatiana and her team are all very professional and great in their techniques, however it really is the atmosphere of the salon that stood out for me. Everyone was friendly and helpful, and you can tell most of the clients have been long time regulars as they sit there having extensions done while chatting to the staff or amongst themselves. A month later I went back to have my hair done for Halloween and the girls also did a superb job in achieving the result I wanted. Would highly recommend.

Had extensions for the first time for my wedding couldn't recommend Tatiana Karelina enough my hair is naturally wavy / curly which they matched so that I don't have to straighten it the whole time. Have had so many comments about my hair and how lovely it looks and how natural it is lots of people saying they never knew my hair was so long... quite amusing. Thank you to the team really appreciate all their expertise and help to make me feel at ease.

I have been going to Tatiana’s for 16 years now and never have I been disappointed with the customer service, the quality of hair and the talent of the girls in the salon for making my hair just perfect!! Not only for micro rings but I have also had my fair share of clip in braids and bespoke clip in hair pieces which I have had for years and continue to use without any problems and the hair looks the same as when I bought it! The prices definitely reflect the quality and I wouldn’t go anywhere else! Thank you Tatiana and your wonderful team!

I always use hair extensions and no-one ever notices them. I have been a client of Tatiana's since 2012. The quality of her work is exemplary. I just can’t thank Tatiana enough especially for the amazing job she did to make my hair look incredible on my wedding day. They did an amazing job and I loved how I looked on my wedding day. I used micro rings but I normally use the clip-ins which are amazing, I LOVE THE CLIP-IN and to be honest I could have used the clip in for my wedding. Whatever Tatiana does to my hair, it always looks perfect.

Over the years I have had lots of different type of extensions. However I have never felt 100% good or comfortable with my extensions until I found Tatiana Karelina in Holland Street, London. They proved to me that there is always better products out there. Not only Tatiana and her team boost my confidence but they made my life much more easier. The quality of the hair extentions is absolutely high class and extremely easy to manage and look after on a daily basis. The welcoming and services at the salon were unbelievable. The girls soon put my mind at rest, my hair looks amazing and when I take the extensions out my hair is is great condition, no breakage and the longest it has ever been. I had a fantastic experience at Tatiana Karelina. Having previously had a bad experience at a different salon, I was a little anxious about having my tape extensions removed and replaced with microrings. However they explained everything about the extensions and maintenance so clearly it made me feel very at ease about getting extensions this time! And wow what a result! Absolutely nothing but FIRST CLASS SERVICE with Tatiana Karelina, from the first appointment I had a few years ago to my most recent a few weeks ago. I had taken a break for about a year just because of the lockdown period and didn’t see the need to have them in, but in that year I decided to cut all my hair off and go blonde, complete opposite to what I first came to the salon with (dark and shoulder length hair) From emailing in with my concerns (dramatically changed my hairstyle and was worried about the short blunt bob, and colour match) to the day I came in for the fitting i felt that they had really taken the time to listen to my concerns, we spoken about all the options and I felt so reassured. Juli you have the patience of a saint thank you :) I wish I could describe the feeling I had when I looked at my new hair, it was just honestly perfect. Such a seamless match with colour, and throughout the fitting if I had felt something tugging or something needed adjusting it was done :) I left that salon feeling my best self! Nothing is too much trouble for these talented ladies, I cannot wait to return x

From Tatiana herself to the lovely Juli and the amazing girls (Maria and Olga) who did my hair extensions today (25th February 2022), I can truly say today’s visit has made me much more confident and happier. The team are kind and knowledgable and you will definitely not be disappointed. Truly the best place ever to get hair extensions.

I only wish I could give more stars because that's what Tatiana, Juli and the ladies at Tatiana Karelina deserve. They are incredible. From the moment you step into the salon, you are warmly welcomed and treated like a dear friend, for the whole appointment, every time. The quality of the product is well known to be unmatched and so distinctive that I have had other practitioners come up to me on the street asking if I am Tatiana's client and trying to get me to go to them (hard pass). It's just another level of service from start-to-finish. The hair is always the perfect texture and colour (Christina is a master) and the stylists take so much pride in making you look your very best. I love going into my appointments and trust them so much that I am having my wedding hair done at the salon. I cannot recommend TK enough and Tatiana is one of the most wonderful people I have met here in London. You don't often find brand owners who are in their salons/stores working as hard (and humbly) as she does. Don't get your extensions anywhere else.

The level of customer service i have received from Juli & team via email has been exceptional in liaising with me regarding payment, appointments etc. Then yesterday i had my fitting of micro bead extensions, the colour match & quality was amazing, it blends into my own hair so well you cant tell the difference. I have used Tatiana Karelina extensions since 2013. It first started as an urge for a quick style change and then grew into obsession with beautiful long hair. Everyone always comments about how amazing my hair are wherever I go. It is a huge confidence booster for any woman, in my opinion. My hair has since been in perfect, healthy condition and I even managed to grow them long, all thanks to Tatiana’s hair extensions and expertise they have to attach the hair in a way that is not damaging but preserving my natural hair. Salon (London one) is beautiful, stylish as it’s owner, and all staff are very helpful, welcoming and wonderful. It’s more like a visit to your best friends house, that’s how warmly you are greeted there. Tatiana herself is a beautiful, charming, stylish lady who has an amazing personality, and a special touch with every client. She creates the most amazing styles with hair extensions! I was very determined to leave a review even it was my husband's account. My hair is very thick by nature so I don't use extensions. But when it comes to a special occasion or a photoshoot, styling is very important. Their long adjustable ponytail is a real savior! Moreover, I've ordered a hair clip-in as a present for my mother. EXCEPTIONAL SERVICE, QUALITY AND RESULTS! I have been going to Tatianas now for 8 years and they never fail to deliver. The quality of the hair is second to none you will NEVER find hair anywhere as good! But what makes that salon a cut above any other is the pure professionalism from Tatiana and her team. Tatiana is never too busy to greet every single customer personally and to me that is everything. All of the technicians and staff are are absolutely incredible and friendly too! I’ve been using Julia the whole time I’ve been going and that girl just knows my hair and how I like it! She’s incredible. From Juli at the front desk to Christina who blends and prepares all the hair extensions by hand there is never a moment where you are not made to feel a million dollars - exactly how it should be! I’ve recommended this salon to so many people - my mum now comes with me it’s so good! But even if extensions are not your bag, the range of clip in pieces they do and many other products are incredible you will never get quality like that anywhere else! It’s the best investment I ever made - it’s now my guilty pleasure!
