Her dedication, her attention to detail, her care and professionalism were of the very highest level. I cannot thank her enough!

C. P.I had a pretty big colour change recently with Maggie at the Box and I cannot commend her dedication enough. The colour did not turn out as anticipated on my hair, and she went to extreme lengths to fix it, and make sure it was something I was happy to walk away with. Most hair stylists would have left it and I wouldn't have been happy, but not Maggie! She also really, really listened to what it was that I wanted. I 100% recommend. You'll be in safe hands. R. H.The Box is a little gem and I’m really pleased I discovered it. I get a bit nervous about getting my hair cut as I’ve had a few bad experiences elsewhere but no need to worry here. I like that they offer a wet cut (shampoo & cut only) as I prefer to air dry my hair or gently diffuse at home. Tereze was brilliant, very nice and friendly, listened carefully to what I wanted and did an excellent job. Highly recommended.
H. M.Gemma was lovely and took the time to understand what I wanted, and carefully explained what she was going to do. My balyage is perfect, and she didn't try to sell me loads of expensive products, just gave me an honest recommendation for a post colour shampoo!

Q.I don’t normally like going to get my hair done and usually put it off for as long as possible. After yesterday’s cut, I can’t wait to go back! From the moment I went in, I was made to feel welcome. All the staff were friendly. I had Tereze cut my hair and I was so impressed with how she rescued my over grown messy hair. Tereze took the time to talk through options and gave a bespoke consultation for my specific needs. Also what was great, was all the useful tips and advice. Thank you!
