A. P.Fairly hit and miss. Have had good experiences with 2 guys, but they change quite regularly. The last 3 haircuts I've asked that they don't cut the length on the top, and they never listen. Have finally given up after multiple times telling the barber "stop cutting off the length" and his reply to me was "yeah, but it looks better to me this way".
Pay more attention to your customers guys, because that response was pretty abysmal.

S. H.I enjoyed my first few haircuts with the owner. A nice and pleasant guy. The same can not be said for the nerdy guy in glasses.
When I went into the shop, there were two guys having their haircuts with no one else waiting. Naturally, I assumed I was next. Another gentleman then walked in.
When the barber had finished and took the payment from the customer, I went to stand up. Now, all he had to do was explain this the gentleman that came in after me was next, and I would have been cool with that. Instead, he was rude and aggressive. Totally unnecessary!
My advice to the owner is to get this employee some much needed customer service training. I'm not a confrontational person, but not everyone will take his rudeness with a pitch of salt.
I think I'll take my business back to Clepsydra.
D. S.This barber is really good seriously! I’ve been trying to find a barber like this in the area for a really long time. When it comes to my haircut, I’m the most skeptical person and this barber has exceeded all my expectations. He gave me the sharpest skin fade and was attentive to every detail. I left realy really happy!! He deserves more than 5 Stars for sure.
On top of that the shop is super comfortable, it has just been refurbished, looks very fresh. Rawand has a great personality, delivered the greatest experience possible. I’m really grateful!
