I loved my experience at The Good Salon - I had my hair done by Ivan and Candice - Ivan doing the styling/cutting, and Candice doing the Caramel Balayage coloring. The process was meticulous and both were very dedicated to listening to what I was going for and getting my hair there. Candice searched for many photos for me as well to help figure out what we were going to go for before beginning the process. This is the second time I've had Ivan style (cut) my hair - both times being extremely pleased with the final result, and receiving raving compliments for literally months via Instagram, FB, etc. I highly recommend his work - he's highly talented, friendly, professional, and his family heritage of hair stylists really shows in his work. Apart from the stylists the salon is beautiful, clean, and covid-safe. The staff are always wearing masks, things ran smoothly, and I felt very comfortable throughout my experience. Definitely recommend and will be visiting again! Thank you to everyone at The Good Salon!

Having previously met Ivan I felt comfortable as soon as I arrived and the other hairstylists were equally as accommodating. My hair was coloured and cut by Candice who was extremely friendly and did an amazing job on my terribly over-bleached, over-coloured hair. One of the best haircut I’ve ever got in my life and definitely the best in London. When I say Oon understand hairs I mean it. It’s like getting my childhood hairdresser back in my life. Magical! I didn’t need to explain about my tricky hairlines or the thick unruly hair, he just knows his craft. This is absolutely special. After 7 years constantly looking for someone who can cut my hair without disappointing result, I can finally say I’ve found the one.

I only had a haircut, so I can't speak for their other services. My experience was entirely positive – I didn't encounter any of the rudeness that the other reviewers commented on. Had my cut last Sunday afternoon – the salon was at full capacity at one point so I'd say business is doing well. I've been to their salon in Singapore and my experience was no different. The stylist and I discussed about what I wanted for my hair before getting down to business. Didn't chat much with him after that, which to me is a fairly typical situation in Asian-run salons. If you needed a drink, just ask and they'll happily offer you one. Most importantly I'm really pleased with how my hair turned out! If you're looking for a hairstylist who understands East Asian (ie. straight, thick black hair) this is worth a try. Updated to add: Erina is quite capable and popular stylist!

Such a good place with a nice atmosphere and staff. Candice gave me such good treatment - she spend a lot of time consulting me to make sure she knew what I wanted and was very detail oriented. Even though I live a train ride away, I am definitely coming back for my next treatment!

I knew this salon by my friend recommended. But when i google search this salon there are many negative reviews. First of all I will say I want to give 10 stars for this salon. I did color dye and totally let my designer to decided the color and I was 100% satisfied with the color. MIHO suggested me not bleaching my hair cuz she want my hair to look healthy. The service are 100% good as well. Although there are some staffs may without the smile but they all very cute trust me. Anyway 5 stars for the service and the experience! Strong recommend and u also can have student discount here.

I got my hair cut and roots dyed by Kyosuke - very friendly and good! Very happy, definitely will be returning. If I had to think of a negative, it'd be the chairs which were very uncomfortable - on a positive note, it forces you to do some ab exercises.

I was a bit worried when reading so many negative reviews however after my haircut experience with Kyo yesterday, I have to say they’re amazing!
