I thought no one could cut my hair better than Valentino at Astor Place Hairstylists in NYC until I met Andy at the Groom Room in West Hampstead. He’s simply the best! The place is great in general - everyone friendly and professional and the prices are quite reasonable. Highly recommended!

Great haircut but £29 for a simple trim is a bit excessive. It used to be £19 when it first opened and prices are slowly creeping up. Such a shame.

I have been having my hair cut at The Groom Room in London for over four years now. Aside from receiving a very professional service whenever I visit, the key difference between the Groom Room and other London Barber businesses is that their staff understands the needs of customers. Whether it is styling in silence that is required, or a relaxed chat, Kam and his team seem to understand very quickly what clients require and deliver it in a highly competent and efficient manner. I can say, without reservation that due to the relaxed and welcoming atmosphere, together with the high level of customer delivery, a visit to Groom Room in London is well worth experiencing. I travel over 1.5 hours to get myself there and wouldn't do so if I could find a place as good as them for the prices you pay. Also, in the four years, I have never had my appointment cancelled or been seen late. Their appointment system makes it great for popping in and out without the hassle of waiting.

After losing my barber of 35 Years, I tried all the barbershops in West Hampstead and this is by far the best service I have had. Friendly staff that made me feel very welcome. My wife says it is the best haircut I have ever had.

The best in NW London without a doubt! I was told about this place a couple of years ago by a friend and I have not stopped coming even though I now live in Scotland so I fly down every few months to get my hair cut here. The guys are greatttttt and the location is brilliant. Couldn't speak more highly of this place!!

Not a 24 quid experience at all. Dont get me wrong my hair cut was adequate but for that money i was expecting at least my hair washed. For ten pounds more go to Ted Baker and get an exceptional hair cutting experience.

Discovered this little gem tucked away on a side of West Hampstead I rarely frequent and I'm so glad I did. Everyone who works there is brilliant, but I especially recommend Kam. Before, I used to change hairdressers every other month, as my previous experiences were invariably hit-or-miss, but I can safely say this place is always a hit, and my search is over!
