Gabriela has never disappointed me, sort of venue that you can close your eyes as they know what they are doing, all very professional and friendly. I was in London for 9 days and needed to get cleaned up. I had been growing my hair for over 2 years and finally made the decision to ditch the surfer look for something more manageable. After passing by The Groomsmith and liking the aesthetic of their establishment, I put my head in their hands. Vasir was my hair magician and made my mop-top disappear like a pro. He took over an hour sculpting and molding my head until it was everything I wanted and more. So many styles are possible with my new look and I've gotten nothing but compliments from friends, family, and coworkers. Vasir, you and the other professionals at The Groomsmith are truly magnificent and I can't praise the service enough. They even offered me a celebratory beer in the process. If you need a shave and a haircut, check these folks out ASAP. Love you guys!

The gents in the Groomsmirh are truely first class, not only in their work but by offering a fully enjoyable experience. Great barber shop, great haircut, the staff are friendly and make you feel welcome, upon arrival i got offered tea or coffee while i wait but there was no need as they got me in the chair pretty quickly. Im quite fussy with my hair, i told the barber what i wanted and he took on board everything i was saying, during the haircut the barber was very friendly and we spoke about all sorts mainly about basketball as he is a big chicago bulls fan and surprizingly really knows his stuff. He took his time with my haircut and asked questions throughout which was nice as ive had bad experiences with other barber shops where they get scissor happy and often dont acknowledge what im asking of them. Had to go here as a last minute remedial trim. Very happy with the result - one of the best I've had - I just wish I could remember the gentleman's name that did it [it began with V]. Good price too. My only criticism is not being acknowledged when I walked in. It was about five minutes before I got up and had to speak to someone, I effectively felt ignored and the greeter girl was more intent on messing around than helping. I wasn't offered a drink either, even though the customer next to me was. I would go back, but I would encourage them to look into this little snag.
