The best hairdressers i've ever used. Tony is an absolutely outstanding barber, he is not just professional but also very friendly. The most shining review has to be my girlfriend of five years who said " it was the best hair cut i'ver ever had" Couldn't more highly recommend a business!

I had a great haircut from Tony at The Hairways Studio. With disposable gowns and blades, Tony takes his responsibility to protect himself and his customers seriously, and he is rightfully proud of the recognition he has received for this high level of care. Very happy to chat about whatever you want, and is a master of all things hair! Friendly and professional.

I have known Tony for over 35years when I had my first haircut whilst he was at Harrow. So I visited for a haircut today and noted that the 2meter social distancing rule was observed and after each haircut he would sweep and clean the chair before the next customer is allowed. Social distancing rule is clearly observed and the seats have clear and distinct marking where the customers need to seat. Tony has been a people's person and interacts with everyone in a polite and courteous manner which ultimately means that they become part of the family. This style has never changed and I guarantee it NEVER will. You can talk to him about anything and if you want a sounding board, he is your man and when you walk away after the haircut you will feel a different person. Which brings me to the fact that I went for a haircut and Tony ensures that the tools he uses are cleaned, single use blades and sterilised combs are used. So his hygiene observation is second to none. Tony has a simple ethos and that is to make certain that the customer walks away happy and therefore in essence is not that much concerned about churning numbers. He works on the principle of lifetime value: in that retention is much more important than passing trade. If you are reading this review, I am challenging you to go there, have a haircut and then post how you felt. Ask him for a cuppa and he will oblige and give him my name and you will get a few biscuits too. I am urging you to go and talk to the man, you will not regret the journey. I have been a loyal customer for more than 25 years. Tony is very honest and professional with his work with a friendly welcoming nature, hence I still go to him even though I have to travel all the way from Heathrow airport. Amid the corona virus pandemic he has made sure of all the precautions and cleanliness are in place to ensure customer safety. I would highly recommend him anytime.

There’s a reason why Tony has an MBE. He’s an exceptional person, seems to know everyone and runs a fantastic business. Unlike other barbers, during COVID times he uses disposable aprons and tests the temperature of everyone getting a haircut - you really couldn’t be in safer hands. He doesn’t do shaving, but if you’re after a decent haircut Tony’s is the place to go.

As well as being an excellent stylist (a highly experienced Master Craftsman) Tony is one of relatively few hairdressers to take real precautions against the spread of Coronavirus - taking clients' temperatures on arrival and ensuring all surfaces and equipment are wiped down/sanitised between clients. Tony is one of very few people who are regulated by the hairdresser council and a master craftsman. He always tries to please and make people feel at ease as well. His work is of the highest standards, while at the same time he has many laughs with his customers. Highly recommended.

I have know Tony for over 30years and have been getting my hair cut from him when he was at Harrow before moving to Willesden. There are plenty of hair-dressers around me, but i still choose to travel from West London to get haircut. He is a true gentleman who is more interested in the human being and converse with you as opposed to getting the next person on the chair and make as much money as possible. Several times in the past he has stayed past closing time just to serve me and will no doubt do it for you once you have called him. Highly recommended and you will be made to feel at home. One more thing he will always ask or you can request and free tea/coffee will be provided too. Try him once and believe me you will not regret it, especially if i am travelling there from West London. Thanks Tony for all these years 👍

I have been a loyal customer at hairways for over 20 years. Hairways (Tony) is a welcoming place with great service. It has a mix of the local community (ages, cultures). I know people who left the area and still come to hairways for their haircuts. I waited over 4 months for the lockdown to ease and I went back to hairways on 20/7/20, I could not believe how amazing the safety and hygiene has followed and excelled past the government guidelines. It is appointment only, barber wears mask, disposable gowns, everything is cleaned, even has a tempreture check facility. I felt very safe especially as I live with a person who is high risk for the virus issues. Definately go if you need a haircut and want to be safe
