I can't say anything about the shop as a barbers however i can comment on the quality of the employees. This weekend just gone I ended up getting far too drunk at an office party and my phone must have fallen out of my pocket on the jubilee line. Thankfully one of the brilliant people who work here found it and was able to return it to me the following day. If near enough anyone else had found my phone that night I would probably never have seen it again. Ps, they wouldn't even take the £20 we offered as compensation. Thanks again guys, you're the best :)

By far the best place I've ever had my haircut in London. They paid attention to detail to every part of the experience. I got the Sultan package (only around 45 quid), and the massage during the hot shave was perfect. I don't think I'll ever get my haircut anywhere else. One thing I LOVED is that my stylist didn't try any small talk with me. I just got to relax and enjoy the music and coffee. Give this place a try!

This is a good barber shop, who do take care of their customers and provide a high level of service. The service is to encourage gratuity and this is evident. There is a long waiting time, and the communication of the barbers I did find confusing. This is very important to me as a customer, once receiving any kind of cut. For what you receive the price seems reasonable for a barbers located in central London. Overall my experience was mixed, to but more on the pleasant side at the end of.my cut.

This place always has customers waiting, a testament to their skill and charm! I've started taking my teenage son here to see how authentic traditional barbers really cut hair. I'm sure we'll be booking in for the full service (hair, shave etc) when my son is 18. For less than £30 in central London for a men's haircut it is something to be treasured. And the inside of the building! Just a treat!

This is the place to go if you fancy a treat. Vintage style, the barber chairs are brilliant. The staff are professional, efficient and really focus on detail. I go every now and then to have my beard trimmed. They take time to make it look great and make you feel great. The hot towels are fab. You’ll leave feeling great. It’s worth paying the little extra for a visit.

This is hands down the best hair dresser and barber shop I have ever been to. Amazing cuts, really nice authentic Turkish atmosphere, and incredibly friendly staff. The crew will make you feel right at home, starting you off with a free drink (the choice includes Turkish beer). The full scissor cut will usually get you two washes (before and after the cut), a great cut to your liking, ears flamed (to remove the little hairs), hair styling with a product and potentially a quick neck massage to set you on your way. They also do great beard trimmings and wet shaves, but I haven't had the chance to enjoy those yet. I've been coming here for over 2 years and have never been disappointed. A real gem!

It's my regular barber in London and I love the fact that no appointments are necessary. Is it worth the £26 for a haircut? Possibly not. It is a good experience - with a relaxing hair wash, shoulder massage, aromatic products, a free drink and precise barber work. Sometimes the fastidious and careful approach means the cuts take a little longer and by the next morning you can't always tell the difference I swear some customers sit in the chair for an hour if they are getting more styling or beard work. You also have to time your arrival - some of the barbers are better than others. Although it's technical first come first served, the cannier customers wait for the head barber.

These people are artists! I come here for a cut-throat shave on a monthly/two monthly basis as a treat, and never leave disappointed. The customer service is great, they always welcome you with a smile, and the offer of complimentary drinks. All of the guys have more or less equal skill level, and can do the shave to a specification, or if you go in with a month's growth and ask for a tidy up, they make sure it's done in a way that will look good on you. If I could afford to, I'd come here on a weekly basis. If you're in London, and want an authentic Turkish shave experience - complete with hot towel and flaming ear-bud to remove tiny ear hairs - then this a fantastic place to visit. Give it a go, best barbershop I've ever been too.

I have been coming to this barber shop every month for the past 6 months and it has never disappointed. The service is excellent and the skills of the barbers are unparalleled. This place doesn't take bookings and it can get busy sometimes, but the waiting is definitely worth it, especially considering that they offer free soft, hot drink or beers. I wasn't going to go in at first. I was a bit scruffy so I decided to go in for a shave and a cut. WOW!!! One of the best things I have done for myself! Ithe is a Turkish style barber shop. Very friendly and my beard and hair haven't looked this good in a long time. Took about 1.5 hours for the whole thing. Haircut and clean shave with a straight razor. Really awesome. I'm in London for a week before moving to Istanbul for a few months. I desperately needed a haircut and The Ottoman Crew were the only shop open on a Sunday. I was offered a Turkish coffee while I waited, which made me regret getting a coffee before going for the cut. I asked for tap water and they gave me a bottle of water. The haircut is amazing - clean, sharp, and with attention paid to the details. In addition to the cut, he gave me a wash before AND after to handle the clippings, trimmed the bushy eyebrows, and expertly used flame to clean up light and not so light ear hairs - which did the job better than any clipper has ever done. It was easily the best haircut service I've ever had. This is no gimmick, people. It's the real thing. Finally - after talking with the guys, they gave me a recommendation for a barber to go to in my new neighborhood in Istanbul when I get there, with permission to name drop. They are good guys with serious skills. Thanks Ottoman crew!

Whenever I'm in London and I need any kind of grooming, be it the beard or the hair (of which there is diminishing amounts) I make a bee line for Tottenham Court road station and the 2 minute walk to The Ottoman Crew. It's a traditional Turkish barbers with a modern twist. The shop is well appointed, bright and lively with 4 well turned out barbers operating. The eyes are keen, the blades are sharp and the atmosphere is both professional and welcoming. Treatments are thorough and the results are always good for me. Prices are reasonable and I will continue to use these guys whenever I am in town and in need. Special mention goes to Mehmet who trimmed my beard perfectly and gave an invigorating massage to my arms and shoulders while the hot towel did it's job on my skin

Great barbershop with good cuts and shaves. The original Ottoman Crew lost it’s lease in 2019 and is now a Ted’s Grooming Room. Staff have relocated to Hairform Salon 100 metres along on Bloomsbury Way. Same great service is available and is where I go even though it is slightly further away for me.

Incredible. A haircut should not be that enjoyable. I am 22 years old and this has been the best haircut i have ever received. By far. Hasan is an all star. You can tell that being a barber is engrained in his blood. He comes from a family of barbers and from the moment he begins the cut it is clear that this will be a 10/10 hair cut. And it only gets better. He gets fully immersed in cutting your hair, it is not a hair cut that you get, but a work of art. The amazement goes beyond just the hair cut. You must try the Turkish coffee. It is truly authentic and better than most Turkish coffees you will have... In Turkey! This guy takes his job very seriously. I even got a full neck and arm massage! And all for 26 pounds! It was so good I gave him 40! I just wish i lived in London so I could always go to him. Really, really recommend this place.

Rarely I go back to the hairdresser with so much pleasure. The service is 5 *, and the quality at the height of the service. Only downside, the place is so good that it starts to be a little wait but, it goes very quickly because we are not forgotten so far. I highly recommend! (Original) Un des seuls coiffeurs ouvert tard le soir à Holborn. J'ai eu la chance de m'y faire coiffer par Yasar, qui je l'avoue, m'a bluffé. Rarement je retourne chez le coiffeur avec autant de plaisir. Le service est 5*, et la qualité à la hauteur de la prestation. Seul point noir, l'endroit est si bon qu'il commence à y avoir un peu d'attente mais, cette dernière passe très vite car on n'est pas oublié pour autant. Je recommande vivement!
