Been here three times now and each have been lovely, but felt the need to review after a wonderful pedicure from the lovely Lily! Massage chair was totally unexpected but very welcome. Will definitely be back!

I came here last month to get my hair done for a wedding. Came a day before to ask pricing, and other enquiries. Nigel who was at the counter really did help me, find my colour and what suit me best which I liked. He didn't go crazy as it was my first time colouring my hair. Came the next day for my appointment and they had started straight away! Amazing service by both Nigel and the other styler (I couldn't remember his name nor read his hand writing) but he was amazing as well!! Really gentle and explained to me how to look after my hair etc. My sister had gotten her eye brows done and said she was happy with her eye brows and worth the money!!! Would recommend here, 20£ deposit (can't talk on prices as it was my first time getting the colour done so cannot compare)

So many bad reviews on here but I have been using for years, I have long thick hair and I've gone in and had various different cuts in here always either alot off or a restyle and had my daughters done in here got her a fringe one year and a straight cut on her very long hair the next, never actually had a real proper problem, one time a man cut a chunk out at the front, told them about it, they apologised hair grows back, but for the prices, I usually go to hairdressers in chingford and pay £60 minimum for a hair cut, £25-£30 is nothing. Also had my eyebrows done I this shop and that's always look perfect too, waiting for them to open now. Always go here and tell friends about this place..

Got my highlights done today by Paulo. He did a great job. Not a perfect match of what I wanted but I was rushing so I wouldn’t blame him for that. He is really good with consulting and knows exactly what he is doing. He did a great job with the results. I would definitely go back to him if he is still working there. In fact going back tomorrow for a hair cut and I will update you guys with more details on the hair cutting.
