Reviews of The Wacky Barber
D. N.
Was very happy with the haircut I got today, great conversation and overall was a great personal experience. Loved the punk decor with retro VHS tapes playing while you wait. If hair is a mess and in the area I will definitely be back.

Been going here for years and won’t go anywhere else! Great haircut but also great banter with the barbers - always an experience when you go there!
J. S.
Spin is a great stylist for all hair types! Highly recommend the shop to anyone looking for a very personable service.

Been coming here for a couple years now, ragtag bunch of brilliant, lovely people. Charlie is the definition of a grunger and top bloke, can do all sorts of cuts from cookie cutter skin fades to lairy creative mullets and the rest.

Been here twice, probably won't go again. Not *bad* (hence 3 stars), but £32 is a bit much considering I've had better haircuts for half that amount in (Central) London, and much better further out. First time I went I got a decent haircut... not the wash & cut it turned out I'd paid for (was just a cut), but fine - can't complain about the end result. Second time was not good - while I did get a wash this time, it was cut too short for me to maintain my usual hairstyle (I did tell the guy how I normally have it) and now I'm just waiting for it to grow out a bit so it looks decent again. Guess it just depends who you get on the day as I'm sure the overall great reviews are deserved

Just had my first cut here, and had a great experience. They took their time and had a great cut at the end of it.

Went in a mess. Came out still a mess, but with great hair. 5/5.

Walked in and got the best haircut of my life. This place is the best! My barber was a real nice dude and worked with me to figure out what would look best. If I lived in London, I wouldn't get my hair cut anywhere else.

I’ve been coming to wacky’s for the past 4 years once a month, Kevin ( dearly departed) , Dan, Amber and Charlie (new fav) . I’ve consistently gotten an amazing cut, attention to detail and time taken to perfect their craft! I won’t go anywhere else. Best barbers in London.
£32 for wash and cut.

Went in today for my first haircut after moving to London, had a barber called Dan I think. Brilliant chilled atmosphere, friendly people, get offered a drink, take their time to do a proper hair cut, reasonably priced for the area as well, would highly recommend.

They have been my hairdressers for 4 years and they are simply the best. Very friendly and relaxed you can feel the good vibes and that cascades into the service they provide. As they don't accept bookings and they are on high demand just grab your reading as you might need to wait for your cut.

I have been going to Wacky for about 2 years now, and it the best haircut i have had ever! Amber is always lovley and gives me sharp cut that is perfect from when i leave to when i go back for my next cut. the guys all have great banter and the atmosphere is amazing, i would not go anywhere else!

It's was the cuppa that sold it! Haha! Seriously, wicked experience. Loved the vibe. The crew was proper sound, loved the banter! Kelly who cut my hair recognized Asian hairs different (in my experience, I found most doesn't know the difference). Cleaned me up, good and proper! THANKS KELLY!
I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THE WACKY BARBER!!

Cut was all right. Convenient location, but pricey which covers location I guess. The culture of the place is not my thing, rough and crude. I'd still go back there as it's a convenient location and not a BAD experience. Respectful of my hair, important key! Just not very classy. It's what the staff there like which is fair, toilet is filled with naked posters of women who don't love theirselves from objectifying magazines... confused me that the one female barber there is ok with that and probably likes it, But it's the type of dysfunction I expect from Soho. It's Soho. Basically, weird staff but respectful still and quality cuts. One barber spoke to me and saw I was particular about my cut so he passed me off to another who specialises in my style and was more capable so that's honest and integral... as long as the keys are in place like that, I'd go back but yeah would recommend for a quality cut in closeby distance but wouldn't recommend it you like posh... it's the opposite lol.

Nice barbers, fun and friendly atmosphere. They always do a great job of my hair! Also it's pretty cheap compared to anywhere else

Ed (a barber at Wacky Soho) has been my barber for around 8 years now and i've followed him all around London at various shops, Wacky is by far the best i've visited in London, it's not posh, it's in a great location, every member of staff knows exactly what they're doing and how to take care of their customers, Free beer and Coke - No, not that kind of coke.. good music, great laugh, good vibes & fresh trims. what's not to like!?
T. M. J.
Really cool barber shop in central London. Easy to get to and always leave with a trim I’m more than happy with. The staff are all really cool too and easy to get along with 👌🏻

Wicked, quirky little barber shop in soho. I always leave with a very good haircut, staff are really friendly and prices are decent.. If your in soho and you need a trim you definitly need to head over!
I. S.
Great beard cut, swift friendly service, very competitive prices for Soho but my throat's skin looks like it has been scratched by a cat. That bit was unprofessional.
K. D.
Great quirky little place. Went for a beard trim and got good advice on how to look after it too. Walk in rather than book and reasonable prices too.
Y. B.
Great, friendly and relaxed. Precision current haircuts with attention to detail. Feels more like being with a stylist just in a barbers setting. Take cash!
Z. F.
Always the best haircuts from the team here, friendly and mental and always good conversation - keep on keeping on!

(Translated) The barbers were super cool, the salon was cool. Plus beer is free!
But the price was way too expensive for the service offered.
