My trips to Therapy@visage has been nothing but a successful, compatible and professional experience! In Oct 2020 I came to the salon to have a balayage done, by Malwina. It was the first time having a drastic change done and I was a bit nervous! It came out better than I could have hoped for and she excelled in what I had envisioned the outcome to be! It's only become more vibrant and naturally looking over time! Again very recently I came in to have my hair cut by lovely Taylor. She cut my hair perfectly, gave me some really good tips, we had a lovely chat and she put me on to hair products that has given my hair a COMPLETELY new life!!!!!! I really can't thank you enough!

Been coming here for 5 months now and so happy each time with the quality of my manicure or pedicure. Aman is lovely and professional and does an excellent job with both gel and regular polish. To give an idea of the quality, here is my last gel manicure right before removal, a full 8 weeks after it was done--not budging and still shiny even after I had to shorten my nails multiple times! Marcella genuinely made my experience absolutely amazing from start to finish! Was unsure of what to do but she was incredibly helpful and personalised my haircut to what I wanted but also what would look good- clearly very experienced. Used to be very wary of salons that aren't specifically tailored to curly hair but I will definitely be returning. Not only is she incredible at what she does but very lovely and easy to talk to (always a plus). Thank you!!

My wife used this hairdressers, she said that the staff were very welcoming and her hair washing was incredible and relaxing (it was a blonde with short hair who washed her hair). The junior hairstylist was very efficient and skilled. She'd definitely go there again!

I have used Therapy/Visage long since they merged as a business. I was slightly peeved as the woman who cut my hair at Therapy had risen among the ranks, yet, I always paid her the same amount. When I asked her about her rate, she said she didn't care as she didn't see any extra sale in her pocket (shocked by this?!), but then within a few months, the cost of my haircuts went up by about 50%. It's nice to have a bond with the person who cuts your hair and so I still don't mind attending, but paying north of £30 for a male haircut seems rather excessive.

Great haircut by Tracey. I booked a double appointment for myself and my sister in law. We both had a great experience and Tracey who did my hair gave a fantastic service. It was lovely to chat with Tracey as well, she really made me feel comfortable straight away and has a natural talent to connect with her clients. She gave me great hair tips as well. Me and my sister in law left with a professional haircut and blow dry. Our hair is so much healthier now, thanks 😊

Highly recommend - I have been coming for the last two years, once a month due to unfortunate grey hair! All the staff are so warm and friendly. I have had the pleasure of having my hair done my many of the stylish and to be honest they are all fabulous - Marchella, Tina, Donna to name a few. My hair is in the best condition it’s been in, in years. The prices are reasonably and I always leave the salon feeling refreshed and happy. The staff are very professional and have the most up to date current hair advice and style tips. Not forgetting the fabulous Irene who gives you the ultimate head/neck massage whilst washing your hair! Clean, classy salon the best in Ealing and I have tried them all before coming across this little gem of a place!

This is a great salon, easy to get to in Ealing Broadway with friendly staff and reasonable prices. I usually see Donna for my hair and Timi for my lashes & nails, both are friendly and easy to natter away to. Also, they both take care & pay attention to detail so that you leave feeling fantastic and happy with your newly styled hair and nails. Absolutely recommend!! Lock down edit - the team have clearly taken care to ensure that any editions and changes to the salon are in keeping with the overall atmosphere, the screens that have been added look to be custom made to fit in with the rest of the interiors and it is so much more than just a nice touch - from the visors, the screens and the measures to maintain social distance, the team have demonstrated through these often overlooked changes that they all pay attention to the details and take health and safety very seriously. They aren't serving any food or drinks at the moment (rightly) but do have a water dispenser with disposable cups.

I had my haircut yesterday with Nora and I am so pleased! She is a pro, she is the only hairdresser who asked me how I like the haircut at every stage, she gave me useful tips for my curly hair and I felt so safe and confident with her. In general, Therapy is GREAT! It is super clean, very bright and all the staff are very kind. I booked my first appointment through Treatwell during the lockdown but they do not cooperate with Treatwell. However, they were kind enoough to offer me an appointment the next morning and apologised even if it was not their fault. They have a sanitizer as soon as you enter, all of them wear screen masks and they give you the sense of a COVID-19 free environment. I have definitely found my spot! Nora is a superstar!

Additional notes: The manager gave me a follow up phone call to discuss this. I really appreciate that they took this very seriously and was relieved to hear that the receptionist I mentioned below does not work here any more. Treatment was great, I am definitely coming back again. -- Very rude receptionist. I wanted to book my appointment so I went to the place directly and talked to the receptionist. She asked me what do I want to do so I explained that I want some sections of my hair get bleached. Then she shouted at my face saying"We don't do that!!" and "I don't understand what you are talking about" with such a rude tone and gave me the "what the hell are you asking about" face. All I asked was bleaching my hair, which all the hair salons definitely have in their treatment menu. Such a shame because the stylists here are very professional and skilled, but the customer satisfaction was completely ruined by just one person at the reception.

As previous Google Reviewers have said the crew at Visage are so friendly and professional, offering a very personalised service that loyal customers of Therapy a few doors down have moved with the team now based at Visage. Even though the salon is a little off the beaten track on the North Eastern perimeter of Haven Green, it remains busy with the salon full on a February 2019 Half Term holiday afternoon. Although my family and I were early for our appointments, we were made to feel very welcome to wait. The service they offer is so good, we've been loyal customers since 2011 and travel for over an hour for our hair cuts.

Great ! Went in and had an appointment within 20 minutes. Lovely and friendly people working there. The hair cut was great and exactly what I wanted. Alex made my hair look so pretty. Definitely one of the best places to go.

By far the best salon in Ealing and I have tried many! I have been a client of Visage for over 11 years and my experience has consistently been excellent. I visit the salon weekly and not once I have been let down or disappointed. Always a warm welcome from Isobel at reception and from all the staff. My hairdresser Luay is truly a gem, a real perfectionist who takes great pride and care of his clients. I get complimented about my hair a lot thanks to Luay and I'm a bit embarrassed to admit I have not washed or styled my own hair for years now as I am totally addicted to my hair looking fabulous at all times. Highly recommend!

Five stars for everyone I've spoken to up until now. Unfortunately, 1 star today and I take no pleasure in this as I've popped in a couple of times to have my fringe trimmed to establish whether I felt comfortable enough to have my hair colour, nails etc done. My plan was today was to make future appointments until the chap who was asked by the lovely lady at reception if he could sort out my fringe proceeded with an eye rolling, sighing, head shaking, and an its all a bit beneath me performance which was funny yet a little embarrassing for me but mostly for him.

Just been here for the first time, and was filled with trepidation after reading previous reviews. I sat in the waiting area and watched a stylist work absolute magic on a lady's snowy white hair, giving her an amazing pixie cut which made her look beautiful. And I asked for much the same cut, and I just LOVE what he did with my hair. His name is Gerry and he works magic on short hair. Never had such a great cut.

Your classic hairdressers. I have been there a few times now, and I haven't been given a reason not to come back. I really feel like I'm at home. Aleks is always very welcoming and happy to see me, not to mention that she give me the best hair styles. I have never gone home regretting my decision. Would definitely recommend a visit and if Aleks is free definitely ask for her services!

I visited Visage today to have my hair & make-up done. When I got there I was feeling run down & a bit washed out but I left feeling a million dollars!! Thankyou so much for my red balayage, I just love it!! Make-up looked fab too!! I'll definitively be coming back!!

Visage has been bought over by Therapy and is open 7 days a week. I had a long relationship with Therapy until this week. Sadly I left the salon with a bright red hair colour not the purple I requested repeatedly. Great job but not what I asked for, selected in the colour chart or expected to leave with.
