I walked in curious of the interior and I was greeted by the most warmest of staff. They were super helpful, booked me in straight away, made sure I had a coffee on arrival (which tasted great, and they had oat milk on the go) and I felt really comfortable. If was my first time using their service and Rosemary is an outstanding beautician. Extremely experienced, very positive and has a warm aura. I rarely go out of my way to write a review but the experience, service and staff were amazing, I will definitely be recommending to family and friends. :)

This place is a gem! It’s gorgeous, friendly and well priced. The service was amazing, everyone went out of their way to me feel very welcome. The in-house coffee bar is a brilliant feature too. The place to go if you are in the area.

Probably the best haircut experience I've had in London - fun personalities in there, everyone so chatty and welcoming, new hair style was way better than anticipated, looked liked I was ready to go to the Met Gala! Really really happy and I will be going back again <3

I've been getting my hair cut with Jack for over a year now. He gets it right every time. He always takes his time to cut/style and will make sure your chosen hairstyle perfectly suits your face/head shape/hair line. If you want precision, book with Jack!

I thought the salon itself had a nice atmosphere and the cafe bit looked good. I'm sure it's a lovely place to have a haircut and a good quality hot drink. Other kinds of hair removal, not so much. The sugar wax treatment here is cheaper than at other places and there is a definite reason in my book. I won't be returning for that and wouldn't recommend it at all. Some people think that it's an easy treatment to perform well if you are a general beauty therapist and do a bad (extra painful) job as a result.

Wow! So so so impressed!!From a girl who cuts her own hair,used to relax (burn!)her curls herself using products from over the counter,terrified of the hairdressers incase they don't understand curly hair and leave me with a fluffy bowl cut I AM CONVERTED thanks to Jack!! I had my first every keratin treatment (never new what this was!)after popping in and asking about it last week and honestly feel amazing! Jack is so great. I have been coming to Threads for almost a year and Jack has provided great guidance on how my hair would look best over that time. I wanted to grow it a bit longer, so he was able to shape it in a way where I could do that and it wouldn't look awkward in the middle phase. Came here on July 4th on their first day open post-Covid lockdown. Everything was very clean and all the hairdressers were wearing visors. It felt safe. Great value for a men's haircut at £25 too!

I've been going to Jack for 4 yrs and have never been disappointed. Always extremely professional, both with haircut and colour. I put so much trust in him that I just tell him to do what he thinks is best, and I know it will work regardless of what he does (and it takes a lot of trust to do that). Hi.... had my hair done by Declan Fallon yesterday and I cannot express how much I love the 'new look' he has given me. I had long hair which recently was always in a pony tail, and I was seeking a change however was always unsure about loosing the length... after a brief informal consultation with Dec he assured me I would be able to carry off a bob...however I was still very skeptical but decided to go with it. Had a wonderful haircut but waited 30 minutes past my appointment time before my hairdresser showed up and then felt very rushed. Generally not a great atmosphere - felt unwelcome. Good haircut though.

I am a hairstylist from canada and trust me when i tell you hairstylists are the pickiest clients. Im feeling under the weather so i wanted to treat myself so i called today and booked an apt for tonight for an olaplex treatment and blow dry. You walk in ans the place is super funky and cute and everyone was friendly my hairstylist took his time ans waa very passionate and meticulous. His shampoos are professional he leaves you feeling clean and not itchy and rinses the ahampoo out good . Those are two common hair salon mistakes I have thick hair and he blowdried it PERFECTLY his name was simon

I haven’t been warned that there was a bit of delay (15 minutes) and while my hair dresser was busy finishing with another client his colleague was just leaning at his counter on his phone fully aware that I was waiting. If they offer you drinks be aware that you will have to pay for them.
