Genuinely the best barber experience I have ever had. Ed has mastered his craft and genuinely cares about his profession .My wife came with me with the plan to go shopping but had such a nice time chatting with Ed and Luca she stayed for the duration. I'm so glad my 'nornal' place was fully booked and I stumbled across this gem.

I get my haircut by Ed on a weekly basis and to be fair he is one of the most consistent barbers i have ever had. there is never a time where he is slacking or doesn't put the same amount of care in to the hair cut. the whole place and environment is fun relaxed and welcoming i would 100% recommend this place!

I'm not an expert in haircuts, but this is a type of a place that you just know you'll get your haircut perfect just by looking at it and the barbers. Even if there are better barbers elsewhere the atmosphere of this place is so cool you wouldn't want to go anywhere else

New favourite spot in Brick Lane. Lovely atmosphere and very friendly staff, all spiced up by rock n roll tunes. Been served by Edward, top guy and incredible barber. Skin fade cut highly recommended.

I've been going to Thy Barber since they first opened, and have always been impressed with both the standard of barbering and the great vibe of the shop. On the last couple of visits I have been looked after by Umberto, who is absolutely superb. He has a fastidious and precise attention to detail and a superb eye for style. I highly recommend Thy Barber and Umberto is now my go to barber.

Had my hair cut by Frank. The best barbershop by far. Wherever I travel I make sure to have a cut&shave as I believe it’s a fine mean of understanding the present culture and society of the country/city/village. I’ve been to acclaimed barbers etc; but; nobody has ever cut or understood my hair as Frank has. As a result, I always prefer for Frank to exercise his craft however he likes on my hair as in the end I feel like a mobile piece of art😂 Don’t get me started on the shave. Miles ahead of anybody and I’m being modest. To be fair, Frank should do seminars on worldwide scale about shaving. I felt I was in a dream and more men deserve to experience the feeling other than thybarber’s customers. Big up. Worth every penny.

Trust in Luca. Thy Barber is a calming, old school yet fresh feeling environment - set just off brick lane, an area with an abundance of character. I’ve been seeing Luca for the best part of 8 months, from his time at a previous barber lounge and has recently joined the team here, so naturally I had to come too! His perfectionism, and attention to detail with my cut is second to none - an honestly lovely bloke, eager and always greeting with a smile. I’ve been to many different barber shops & barbers over the years, but none matches my experience with him. An amazing guy, who’s an artist with your hair. I cannot recommend him enough, thank you my friend 👏🤘

Great barbers. Feels like a treat rather than just a haircut. All the COVID related safety stuff has been done really well, so it feels clean and safe, but still has a good atmosphere. Always been really pleased with the cuts. It’s not the cheapest but you get your money’s worth. Highly recommended.

This is definitely the one place you want to trust if you are looking for a barber shop in the area (but even if you come from outside, really). Had my hair cut by Luca - he had an extreme attention to detail and shaped my hair to precision, as if it was his. Can't recommend it enough, my hair is obliged!

Went to Luca, for "Haircut and finish" which included full consultation. He examined my head shape, recommended fade level and did the job properly. I have never combed my hair in the way Luca cut my hair and advised me (backwards) but seems that it was good change as many people actually liked my haircut (including myself ofc) it was my second time I visited this barber shop and not the last. It's shame it's not local but it's worth to travel

I've had haircuts and shaves all over the world but these guys take it to another level. The traditional shave is a long careful process, hot and chilled towels and an open razor. Fall asleep relaxing. The cut is always good and a fridge full of cold beer hits the mark. The barber I go to Ryan, understands his craft and demonstrates how well every cut. Sensible prices for this area of London. No hesitation in a full recommendation.

Frank is exactly how a barber should be. I go in, sit down, he cuts my hair exactly how I want it cut. He doesn't ask how I want the sides, or how much I want off the top because he's been cutting my hair for so long that I have stopped caring about those sort of details. By far the best barber I've ever visited - and by all accounts Pauly - his partner in crime at The Bike Shed - is handy with a pair of scissors too. If you have hair you should probably go here. The beard trim is 100% too.
