I have never had my hair cut by such an attentive engaged stylist as Johanna. It was a privilege. She really understands curly grey hair and how to cut in a flattering way ! So refreshing. She spent ages styling and cutting - I totally trusted her. Her communication was excellent. I learnt so much about how to improve and maintain my day to day haircare. Worth every penny. I had a brilliant experience and my stylist, Roman, went above and beyond to help make me feel as comfortable as possible when I told he and the team that I was a bit nervous about getting my haircut the day before my 'fit to fly' test for the holidays. She gave me a full consultation to find out what I would want and my hair and scalp problems and discussed various remedies. I had a lovely scalp massage and my whole experience was uplifting and made sure I had a wonderful evening at the Opera. Friendly welcome and very soothing atmosphere. Really friendly and very professional staff, hair cut was Super Super Superb!! with Kate doing a shatter cut on my hair that I was worried about but needn't have as she talked me through the process and Wow!! she did such a fantastic job and with her excellent blow drying technique on my difficult hair perfectly complimented my new stunning hair colour from Nathan I never dreamed could ever look so good!!.... I have been using TS Covent Garden salon for many years now and am always happy with my haircut. Louise is an amazing Stylist! She just knows my hair and how to make it look glamorous! Josie is an fantastic colourist! She recently did a brilliant Balayage, which was exactly what I wanted, plus hiding my grey roots! I was so happy with it all. The consultation before Christmas persuaded me to absolutely invest in a Kerastraight treatment for my just above shoulder length afro curly hair. The appointment and second visit was enveloped in a professional, calm environment, with soothing care for my wellbeing and my hair. I had the utmost confidence in my 'hair therapist' Tamara, her expertise and aftercare advice. Included in the treatment price are a bottle of shampoo and conditioner - Bonus! Having researched the 'hair relaxing' rather than 'straightening' nature of the treatment I am happy to do the 24hr later wash. The result will be even better and worth it. This is the only salon I have used in the 10+ years I have been in London. It is an amazing, welcoming, friendly, and highly professional place that is always a joy to visit. No, it is not cheap, and it is a privilege to be able to afford it (once in a rare while). But I have NEVER had a better cut... and my last one before today grew out well during the pandemic, when I was not able to return to maintain it. Some things truly are worth paying more for... and for me, this is one of them. Highly, highly recommended. (Ana always does my cut, and she is *chef's kiss*.)

I could not have had a more pleasant and reassuring consultation with Nathan Walker at Trevor Sorbie Covent Garden. The staff at reception were so welcoming and kind from my initial phone calls to when I actually came into the Salon. I previously had a horrible experience with getting my hair bleached at an unrelated salon and was initially looking to get my very damaged hair repaired. I wasn’t able to commit to getting any treatment done yet due to going through a reimbursement processes with the other salon but essentially needed a secondary assessment of the damage done to my hair. After explaining my situation to the staff at Trevor Sorbie, they were extremely sympathetic and understanding, going out of their way to help me and still providing a consultation. Nathan was phenomenal in assessing my hair and going above and beyond to provide an email assessment of what we talked about. I cannot thank Nathan enough for all he’s done and all the reassurances and advice. I will definitely be visiting Nathan at Trevor Sorbie Covent Garden for all future hair colour/repair treatments.

Ryan is the best hair stylist. He is consistent and always listens. He also makes suggestions and is always spot on! His fingers are like feathers and his demeanor is always friendly and warm. Wife's special birthday and our 40th wedding anniversary. Booked a consultation for hair cut and colour. She found the staff there were friendly and knowledgeable and not pushy for something she didn't want. Suggested a style she had never had before and she was very excited about it all. On my asking they wouldn't discuss the cost with her but they told me ( Gulp! ). Went back a week later, 1/7/21, for the full shebang. I went for a wander and returned a few hours later. My wife is a very beautiful woman and the exquisite pixie cut and colour absolutely transformed her look. More radiant then ever! She couldn't stop smiling. I had a tear in my eye, absolutely stunning workmanship from Ana and Josie. Thank you. OK it was not cheap but we got what I paid for, thoughtful, friendly un-rushed and proficient. My appointment was for the Kerastraight treatment. Though despite the name (and the picture I have uploaded) this is not a straightening treatment, it takes the frizz out of your hair which I wanted to try before I went for a permanent straightening treatment as my hair is naturally curly and was worried I would miss my curls so I went for the Kerastraight treatment instead. My appointment was with Tamara and she was so lovely, polite, informative and highly skilled. Tamara shared with me her knowledge on taking care of my hair in general as my hair is pretty damaged from all the years of straightening. Tamara recommended me a shampoo & conditioner, gave me advice for my hair, gave me a lovely scalp massage when she washed it and really put so much care and effort into my hair. I was really pleased with the service I received, Trevor Sorbie and Tamara really wowed me! Keep up the amazing work because I shall be back! Thank you so much for for my treatment. In my opinion this salon is well above average and although it may be more expensive than others, my hair is too precious to be put into just anyones hands! Highly recommended! Please note my hair was straightened as part of the treatment but the treatment does not make your hair like that after you wash it and that was made clear before the treatment

I've been a customer of Trevor Sorbie for a good 15-20yrs now, since the small salon in Covent Garden which is now a coffee shop. The service at the salon is second to none. The staff are polite, friendly, and accommodating. They're professional too. The stylists are exemplory and their training is wonderful and in depth. Today, with covid regulations, the workstation and all the equipment was sterilised, the staff all had masks on, and the towels are disposable. I wasnt rushed or hurried and there werent too many people in the salon at once. They've even opened on Sundays to work through clients who've been delayed due to covid. I felt safe at all times and was thrilled with my haircut.

I cannot recommend top stylist Wai enough. I came with badly damaged hair at all sorts of lengths (and a phobia of hairdressers after a "professional" bleach job gone wrong). She patiently listened to me, got a real feel of what I was after and took great pains to obtain the desired result. I absolutely LOVE my new haircut and will definitely go back. I would recommend her to anyone without hesitation. I should also add that the salon management have gone to great lengths to ensure the well-being of both clients and hairdressers following the lockdown (each stylist is equipped with visors, screens separate hair-washing stations and tools such as portable mirrors are desinfected between uses). All in all, a relaxing and wonderful experience!!!

Beautiful Salon and professional Service. I had an appointment yesterday with Rich for a Keratin Straight treatment. Really pleased with how silky smooth my hair is. I hope when I wash it and style it tonight it looks just as lovely. Rich explained the process and was super friendly. I noticed how clean and beautifully "green" the salon was...lots of plants, felt like a real haven...had a "spa" feel to it. Overall super pleased! Having had a number of hairdresser disasters over the years I was over the moon to finally step into Trevor Sorbie in Covent Garden. Gone have the days of hair anxiety and disappointment! From the moment I walked In I felt comfortable and at ease. These guys are true experts in their field and a cut above the rest. Customer service is fabulous! Everything is so high standard here even the drinks they serve - I recommend the latte! My hairdresser Wai is amazing I go regularly for my keratin treatment which is amazing! Good hairdressers. Always get a good cut and colour. Staff always friendly. Been going there for many years, and never been disappointed. Wish they would go back to the low slouchy sofas, in the waiting area,where you could sit relax, enjoy a coffee, a bite and a magazine...now it's quite formal, more like a boardroom with one big table surrounded by high back chairs, miss the old days!! However, despite booking in with Daniel who is one of the senior stylists at Trevor Sorbie Covent Garden, I was really disappointed to note that he had chosen to disregard the clear instructions given to him for my haircut. I told Daniel that my hair is always cut to shoulder length and for reasons better known to Daniel he went on to cut my hair so short that it now sit just below my ears(!!!). I then noted from Daniel’s online profile for Trevor Sorbie Covent Garden that Daniel also deals with wigs for the salon. The mind boggles at to why my long natural and beautiful hair had been cut this short. It has certainly put me off visiting this salon for the foreseeable future. Clients who book in with the more senior stylists of this salon have an entitlement to expect that their instructions will be fully complied with. There was something not right about this visit to Trevor Sorbie Covent Garden.

They sit down with you and explain everything and try and get a good picture of what you want and then plan a course of action with you (I was with Jessica for my over all cool brown colour). Everything feels collaborative (some might think this is a given but in my experience, not the case) and so peaceful. The products used smell absolutely lovely and you can definitely tell, people are super experienced. The lovely, friendly nature just adds to the charm. All precautions are taken for covid. Yes you might think it's a bit pricier but trust me, better to pay just a little extra and get perfect results than to go somewhere and have to get it re-done. Book with confidence 🙂

FIRST CLASS hair salon. I have come here mostly for 20 years and NEVER had a haircut I didn't love. I can confidently switch between stylists because the training and recruitment is so thorough that I know I will meet a lovely person with fantastic skills who listens to my needs. So, if I feel like spending more, I can do so, but if I am budgeting, then I know I will be safe in the hands of more junior stylists. I have been periodically to other London Salons but this is absolutely wonderful value for money.

Probably the best hair salons that I have been in London with overall experiences. The staff very friendly, cheerful and professional, hair stylists (I'm always with Caroline), is the only hair dresser got my hair style right so far, even I have been some very top salons in London (Urban Retreat in Harrods, Daniel Hersheson, Vidal Sassoon in Mayfair), they just don't know how to deal with Asian hair texture and snap of the head of mine (I must admit my hair is not easy to cut, but when I paid near £100 to get hair cut, I am expecting the hair dresser know how to work on different hair textures and shape of the head whatever their nationality is). Another good point of Trevor Sorbie salon is they train their assistant properly on very basic hair wash routine, which many of these salons are miss such small point, the assistants just quick wash customer's hair with no intention about how customer actually feel. I truly recommend their service!

I go to Tom for my hair cut, every one always compliments me. He is great, he listens and has always worked hard to give me a cut that really is appropriate for my life style and looks. I go to Ben for my colour , he is a great colorist he does wonderful highlights, and works wonders with my hair.

After chatting to Wei for about 10 minutes she could tell I was not happy with my hair and wanted something more from it. Ian Carmichael is a lifesaver! I came to him with a blunt, uneven, and all-around atrociously bad haircut to fix and he magically turned it into something better than I could’ve ever imagined. I walked in feeling hopeless, certain there was no way to fix what had been done without cutting off way more hair than I wanted. Miraculously, he was able to not only retain almost all of the length, but also take the remnants of my previous disastrous hair cut and make it into something beautiful.
