Took my daughter to have box braids for the first time. Paula was amazing, very professional, she gave my daughter her full attention and personal touch the same treatment I'd expect from a top london salon. Paula listened to my concerns about heavy extensions on my daughters roots and provided a solution. I'd recommend Paula and this hair & beauty salon without a doubt. It's a lovely salon with a great team of stylists!

Leighslashesldn Had an amazing experience at Leigh's Lashes. Exceptional customer service and an amazing and talented lash technician. My lashes have retained up to 2 weeks which is very long in my experience due to me having serve hay-fever and running eyes. This is my new lash technician.

I visited Vanity Hair and beauty studio a few weeks ago. Tracy has been my hairdresser for years and great to see her again after so many months. I felt transformed with my new hairstyle with colouring-I have received many compliments since. Tracy is amazing. I highly recommend Vanity Hair and beauty studio-it was clean, tastefully decorated and I felt very safe from a Covid point of view.

I went to Vanity Hair on recommendation for Paula’s services. It had been 9 months since my last trim because of the UK lockdowns. My old hairdressers were booked for a month plus on Saturdays, I knew they most probably had a bunch of new stylists so I said to myself let me try one of their stylists who had recently set up on their own. As a black woman I want to go to a stylist that is going to stay with one salon for a while so we can discuss my hair concerns during each visit, your stylist if you know them well should be able to tell you if your hair is getting thinner or thicker for example as they are your regular stylist. As soon as I sat in the chair Paula recommended a treatment for me, as soon as she said she was using Design Essentials I knew this would be a good experience. I had a clarifying shampoo, a moisture treatment, steam moisture treatment and condition. Paula then proceeded to blow dry my hair with such ease, my blow dry turned out so good I didn’t need my hair to be straightened afterwards. Paula worked that round brush like the true professional she is and my hair did not feel dry or fried, it felt moisturised and had a lot of movement. I have to say I have never had such a smooth resulting blow dry before in my life. I got my trim and I left a happy customer. I would highly recommend Paula, you can tell she’s got a good spirit and she is a qualified professional who knows how to treat black hair.

An amazing experience getting my hair did!! By the fabulous Paula. I was offered Prosecco and greeted by all staff and customers. This salon has a warm and friendly feel with good music and high quality products and styling. Book up guys, so worth it....

I cannot rave enough about the excellent experience I received by Paula at Vanity Hair and Beauty Studio. From the time I walked in, until I left was literally amazing! COVID compliant, kind, patient, and professional. She performed a hair and scalp consultation and addressed my hair needs. She treated me as an individual and thoroughly explained every product she would use and why. I have never had such treatment and my hair has never felt better, EVER. As a 7 year natural, I can honestly say I have zero fear of heat damage. She is an expert at her craft.

A* classed treatment from the moment I walked through the door. All the ladies were warm and welcoming, the atmosphere/ambience was so chilled. I was offered tea and biscuits galore. All this before I had even started treatment. Paula was my loctician, and she surprised me with her quick hands and faithful technique. I had my locs, washed, moisturised, coloured and retwisted. So happy with the results. Relaxing music played in the background, the conversation was epic. I didnt waste anytime booking my next 3 appointments, not just for my hair but for my eyebrows too. (Eyelash technician is also on point) I think Ive found my forever hair salon. I absolutely love it here.

I had my eyelashes done by leighslashesldn. I love them😍. I went off into a light sleep as Tia made me feel so comfortable. I can't say it enough how much I love, love, love them. Lovely experience. Then I got my locs retwisted by Paula, as always making me feel like a new woman. I felt so pampered. If you ever want the whole works you must pass through. The vibe in the salon is so nice as well. Covid compliant and everything.

Family run and cosy with a well equipped beauty parlour as well. Who needs the West End salons when this level of expertise is on your doorstep?
