The salon is clean and inviting. Beyond my own appointment, I noticed how friendly and engaged the other stylists were with their clients too (and accommodating to fit people in). Alice specifically was a miracle worker in my appointment. My bleached, uneven and severely damaged hair feels healthy and looks amazing. She asked for my input throughout the process and explained what she was doing at every step. She had a big job with my hair, but she knew what she was doing and most importantly, she made every effort to make me feel at ease and positive throughout the process. 100% will be back, and 100% will book with Alice again (Thank you!).

I went into Wavi looking for a complete restyle and was able to get a patch test done that day as well as an appointment for the following day! Alice looked after me every step of the way and after spending a good amount of time going through what I was after during the consultation she then worked her magic to transform my hair! I went from a shoulder length (very damaged and home cut) bob to a silvery blonde pixie cut. She took amazing care to make sure she was aligning to my face shape and even made sure to cut in a way that would grow out nicely- knowing I don’t frequent the hairdressers!- I am completely over the moon with my new hair and enjoyed the experience from start to finish- her expertise and her warm friendly disposition meant that I felt completely comfortable and confident in her care! Thank you all for a 10/10 experience! 💓
