i came here for a colour correction after another salon messed up my hair colour. On top of being amazing at hair, Jan was such a lovely person! She took the time to listen to exactly what I wanted to fix and explained everything she would do to fix it. It came out exactly as I wanted, and I will 100% be returning to her in the future! I definitely recommend her to anyone looking for a great balayage job! The salon has the best eyebrow threading I've ever been to on top of that, so I also recommend them for that :)

Mita is Really Friendly and She's Great with my treatment which I had Pedicure and Microdermabrasion treatment. Nas is great with Balayage and gave be a fab cut & blowdry. Highly recommended this place.

Wow ! So glad I discovered this place.. desperately needed my eyebrows done, I dont normally like to try new places for threading in case they get it wrong but she was incredible! She got them perfect first time! I've been back since and this is officially my new beauty salon !! She's friendly and makes you so comfortable, I didn't stop laughing the entire time! Went there yesterday for the first time to get my eyebrows threaded. After trying many different salons, this is the best eyebrow threading I've had done in years and I will only be going here from now on! Waxing is also thorough and quick. Clean salon and very friendly staff. Highly recommended!

I visited this salon a few weeks ago and I must say that the service I was given was fantastic. I had highlights and a cut and blowdry and was very happy with it. The hairdresser listened to what I wanted and gave me exactly what I asked for, she did not even try to convince me to do something else and understood the fact that it was my hair and I wanted it my way, that is rare to find, as i have been many salons and they never listen to what I want and i walk out feeling really unhappy. Xtrim Salon is fantastic, me and my wife have been their clients for many years and my wife absolutely loves the Salon she likes the treatment that she gets done and always regularly gets her hair cut by the Stylist and I even get my hair cut by their Barber and he makes me feel good. Just recently my wife went there to color her hair for a party she went to and she is so happy with it and I love the hot towels they do on men. Xtrim Salon keep up the good job :)

Absolutely love Xtrim! I actually get my hollywood wax done here and you are definitely in good hands! Waxing is very intimate for many women so she makes you feel comfortable and walks you through all the steps. In addition, she provides great tips and suggestions and is quite knowledgeable/experienced on all techniques. 10/10 would recommend to a friend!!

This salon has a new owner and what can I say, the services they provide is absolutely amazing. I had an Indian head massage from Mita and a wash, cut & Blowdry done by Nas. Just moved close by and came across the salon for a wax. Mita is brilliant and efficient with her waxing and every time I’ve gone it’s been quick and painless with smooth results- I’m prone to ingrown hairs so I’m particularly fussy with where I go for waxes. I’ve even started getting my eye brows threaded here too as they provide a variety of services. I would recommend this place to anyone and it’s also amazing value for money

I almost listened to the last review and not go to my appointment yesterday. Honestly I can say I am ecstatic that I trusted my instincts and went. I don't know who that woman/man is but I am convinced they are either dillusional or confused wherever it is they went to. There are no asian stylists here. It had a great service & friendly staff. it has taken me a while to find someone who can actually do a females hair on point & the woman that did my hair (Nas) is amazing she listened to what I wanted and did it even better than i imagined. If you don't believe me then please go try for yourselves. You won't be disappointed 😊

This place is a hidden gem of London. I've had my eyebrows ruined by so many salons that I was at my most desperate and a week away from my wedding when I went here. Not only did I come away absolutely delighted, I now only go back to Xtrim, even if it does add 40 mins onto my commute home.
