R. O.I went to Pure Hairdressing a couple of months ago to get my hair bleached from auburn and coloured purple. Unfortunately the dye that was used must have been faulty, not a fault of the salon, and as someone on the autistic spectrum this upset me so much. But the staff at Pure could not have been more helpful, reassuring and compassionate - shoutout especially to Megan and Bethany! They recommended how to get my hair to the colour I wanted which worked perfectly, and I can’t thank all the stylists enough for their patience and understanding. Will definitely be returning :)
N. B.I have been going to Pure Hairdressing for almost 20 years now and have always had a great experience. Kelly does an amazing job every time, she does a fantastic cut and colour and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend her or any of the team
A. C.First time at this hairdressers. I walked in by chance to see if they had availability that day. Luckily there was so they fit me in. I have had my hair cut in a bob by multiple different hairdressers before as I struggle to find one I like. Unfortunately I did not get the name off the hairdresser who did my hair. They did the best haircut I have had ever. Very precise and professional. Head massage was brilliant. Definitely will be using them for all my future cuts.
