I’ve been going to So Hairdressing for many years. Both Sam and Oz have cut my hair and they are both excellent. They really know their stuff. Alice coloured my hair on my last visit and the results were exactly what I was looking for. The salon is clean, smart and well organized and there are free drinks while you are there. There is also a great range of products if you need to stock up. I wouldn’t even think of going anywhere else and I recommend So Hairdressing 100%.

I regularly have my hair done at this salon. I can definitely highly recommend it. The staff are all really lovely and although they can give their advice on your hair, they also will do what you ask for (not all hairdressers do this!) they are competitively priced. I generally have Izzy who is brilliant, not just in her hairdressing skills but is also genuinely a lovely person. However as I say all the staff are lovely here. I works now not go anywhere else

Sam cut and styled my hair, I’m extremely fuzzy as I am a qualified hairdresser so it’s really hard to get a cut that I like. I absolutely adore my new haircut, Sam listened and gave me exactly what I asked for plus a few stylish tweaks of his own. Really lovely guy and great haircut. It costs more than I would normally pay but worth every Penny. Highly recommended.

I love So Hairdressing! ‘So’ is really friendly and a professional salon where you are made to feel welcome and pampered. You feel welcomed from the moment you step into the salon to the moment you leave. Annabel has super skills. She always does what she can do make my hair look stunning. She has fantastic ideas for my hair and will listen to what I want and advise if that’s not going to work or suit me. An amazing colourist. I always leave feeling better and loving my hair. The whole team are helpful, friendly and caring. They also sell fantastic products too which help you keep your hair looking amazing in between cuts or colours. I wouldn't go anywhere else now!

I used to have my hair cut here years ago until I moved and I’m so glad I’m using it again. Excellent haircut, friendly and helpful staff and very much worth a visit. Sam is really talented, cut my hair for my wedding day in 2004 and hadn’t lost his touch. The fact it’s a 30 mile round trip for me speaks volumes -its really worth the effort My wife has had her hair done here too and always had a really positive experience Can’t recommend enough .

My wife smiled and said 'Wow!' when I arrived home after my hair cut and beard trim - you can't get much better than that.Oz has cut my hair for over a year. He always takes the time to read the natural lay of the hair on the scalp and cuts the style with that in mind. My hair then grows and maintains the style naturally until the next cut. The whole salon is relaxed, very friendly and they play great music

Been to Alice many times and always walk out of the hairdressers feeling pampered and loving the new hair whether it is a colour or cut. Had my hair cut and finished by Sam as Alice was poorly, I left it to his expertise and once again was not disappointed. Everyone in the salon are warm, polite and professional. Shout out to Alice as she is very talented and such a lovely person, and Sam isn't too bad either. If you want to relax and feel a million dollars the So Hairdressing is where you need too be, highly recommend them.

Sorry a little bit of a long review, Ive put a bit of background to my previous experiences elsewhere at other salons - ( I don’t usually leave reviews) when I’ve been really disappointed in the results. I Wanted to wait a couple of weeks after my visit before I wrote my review of So Hairdressing, Firstly & before visiting So Hairdressing I’ve been left consistently disappointed with my hair cut & colour after using various Maidstone centre chain salons, They always charge high prices simply because of location & when you get a senior stylists this simply means that they have been in the salon longest and no relation to skill, this is in my opinion of course & has been my experience so far, my highlights were mainly bleached then toned dull and dreary & was making the condition my hair bad, I always paid extra for treatments etc & always looked ok initially but always felt it wasn’t what I’d asked for hence trying lots of different town Centre salons for convenience - always went for the modern chains thinking they’d do a better job but none of them did to be honest. I was recommended to visit So Hairdressing by a colleague who assured me of the professionalism & Skills. I Made my appointment with the salon & senior stylist Annabelle, I popped up for a colour test a few days before my appointment, great friendly service from the start, on the day of my appointment I was looked after really well, drinks & snacks offered throughout my treatment (really nice touch) Annabelle was fantastic. She was aware of my previous disasters at other salons, Annabelle listened to what I wanted cut & colour she made suggestions & gave me exactly what I wanted. Now 3 weeks on & my hair still looks fab, colour is perfect & still vibrant, cut excellent & condition feels good again. I could hear the managers & stylists talking about trainings/courses that they have planned in & this impressed me, keeping up to date with latest products, techniques & colours etc, cost me the same (& is worth every penny) as the over priced town centre chains who charge high prices because of locations, chain & high rents not always because they’re on top of their game - skills wise. I would 110% recommend So Hairdressing & Annabelle, the whole team gave exceptional really friendly service & the Managers are also cutting specialists so excellent skills - who Keep on top of there trade & on trend with the latest styles & techniques by entering competitions etc. I won’t be going anywhere else from now on. Thank you & I look forward to my next appointment.

I am an extremely HAPPY AND GRATEFUL customer ! Recently I became allergic to hair dye after using colour on my hair for over 25yrs! I was advised to go grey or bleach blonde, by other hairdressers and salons! 😳 I was recommended SO Hairdressers, I went in and saw the beautiful TRACEY she was thorough and very clear on what she was doing, we had a patch test and was ok... I am not a girly girl. I detest regular upkeep and only tend to do the bare minimum if I can help it. So what I'm about to say is entirely true to self. I hadn't had my hair cut for just over 2 years, which was in a barbers and cost me 9 quid. Brilliant. My hair before So Hairdressing rescued it was long frizzy and had quite a few split ends. I decided on a whim to get my hair cut 'properly' so looked around for the closest place that would cut it 'now'. What a stroke of luck to find these guys! I sat down in a very luxurious chair, was offered a wonderful hot drink and biscuits and was lovingly looked after, my stylist was incredible, helped me choose a style, and was pretty much perfect. Cannot reccomend these guys highly enough, because if they can turn my hair from crystal tips to having the hair of a Hollywood star... they can definitely excell when it comes to normal hair.

We moved to Bearsted 18 months ago and have still been using our hairdressers in Bexley. Have tried others over the years and always gone back to our favourite so Out of the blue I booked a cut and blow dry at So with fingers crossed. I have just a straight bob and I could not of been happier with my cut and experience altogether. All staff that I talked were very pleasant and Mika who cut my hair was brilliant!! She put me at ease straight away, explained products that would help my hair and even a nice glass of water as I don't drink tea and biscuits.
