Absolutely fabulous service. I was warmly welcomed upon arrival and met my stylist, Poppy. She was amazing! She listened to exactly how I wanted my hair and gave advice about the shape and cut. My hair feels so healthy and shiny. This is my first visit but definitely not my last. Thank you, Poppy.

It was my first time at this salon, Andrew collinge in Selfridges Trafford centre. After trying some other salons such as Regis, Toni&Guy & not satisfied with the service provided, I’m so happy I decided to try this salon. Joanne (senior stylist) was amazing, really nice, friendly, professional, knew exactly how I wanted to have my hair cut done & did a brilliant job ! Emma was fantastic. Had my hair cut short and had a balayage as a treat hair felt so silky soft and got tons of compliments on how nice it looked. Spoke to Andrew himself and customer service was outstanding a really lovely down to earth man who genuinely cares about each one of his clients. I wouldn’t get my hair cut from anywhere else

This is a really welcoming, friendly and professional hair salon. Social distancing measures and hygiene were very good. I had my hair cut and blow dryed last week by Tom and was really pleased with the result. I went back today for colour and blow dry and again was really pleased with the result. Tom listened to what I asked for and delivered. He is friendly and professional and I would definitely recommend. It is worth every penny and I will definitely be returning.

Amy shampooed my hair and the massage she gave was so relaxing. Start of my hair journey for the day. Emma as usual did my hair just the way I like it. Always professional, and friendly. Delivering every time. Ruth welcomed me, with a smile and was very helpful. Making me feel like it was a special occasion rather than just a “normal” appointment. Janet, advised me, prior to seeing Emma as to the best thing needed to deep condition my dry hair. Thanks Janet! Overall a very happy client that will return again. soon. I have been visiting this salon for 10 years and travel 30 miles to get there! Over the years I have occasionally tried local salons due to the travel distance but no-one comes close to the professionalism and skills of my stylist Emma! I have difficult-to-work-with thick wavy hair and I find no comparison with other salons including well known chains. No matter what style or colour, Emma is always so patient and happy to help and offer advice. Ruth and all the staff are equally friendly, attentive and welcoming; they also help me out when I need a last minute appointment (which is quite often!). I would highly recommend this salon!

My son booked me a last minute appointment as a treat. From the moment I walked in I met Abi on reception who was so lovely and kind as I was 5 minutes late. My stylist was Lizzy ..... I will not have enough space to give her the credit she truly deserves. Polite, professional and so caring. I felt like I was the only person in that Salon, her attention to detail was magnificent. I have never encountered such an outstanding experience at a hairdressers. Lizzy discussed with me ideas for my hair but not at all rushing me, actually allowing me to interact but have the full arsenal of her experience available to me. I had my hair washed by Katie, she was incredibly lovely and the head massage should be given on prescription, thank you so much. Lizzy, thank you for being so wonderful, I was not feeling 100% and you treated me with such kindness and dignity, you are not just a professional hairdresser but a Counsellor too 🙂. As you said “you will feel like a million dollars when you leave”..... you did not disappoint. Thank you for being so genuine and I hope your little girl enjoys her first day at ‘big school’. I booked myself in for a wash, cut and dry. I had not been here before and didn't think to try them either in the past. My hairdresser Erin was absolutely brilliant. The staff welcomed me, Erin showed me to my seat and discussed what I wanted. I am very picky about my hair and usually find hairdressers cut more than you ask or cut into your hair leaving lots of lengths, which in subsequent hair appointments means you have to go even shorter to get rid of the split ends. Erin cut how much I wanted off and she did a brilliant job in getting rid of most my layers split ends without me losing alot of length. She also dried and styled my hair perfectly as I didn't want volume and she straightened my hair right from the roots, I usually find hairdressers don't and have to go home and redo it. I was also very happy that I received the same level of service as others despite me being a student and paying slightly lower. Again I have found in the past hairdressers treat you slightly differently being a student. I was so impressed I booked my daughter in with Erin. My daughter came out so happy as Erin again did a fantastic job and gave my daughter the option of having straight, wavy or curly hair. Obviously my daughter opted for curly hair and she looked gorgeous. Due to Covid I wasnt able to stay with my daughter, but she was in brilliant hands and treated like a young lady. To sum up the experience for both of us, brilliant. Would definitely come back and to Erin.

I always receive an excellent service when I visit the Selfridges Salon. Tom is amazing at what he does, and I always love my hair. This time I had a full head of highlights and I could not be happier with the outcome- thank you Tom. Since the restrictions have been in place due to Covid-19, all staff are wearing visor's, the staff are constantly cleaning stations and equipment and I felt very safe during my visit. I cannot wait until my next visit!

Would give 5* + if it was possible!! As usual the staff at Andrew Collinge have been courteous, professional, friendly and provide a mich valued service. They have also exceeding my expectations, yet again! Emma as usual has made me leave feeling a million dollars. Amy shampooing was relaxing and enjoyable. Ruth welcomes you in a professional and friendly manner, where nothing is too much trouble. The only salon that makes you feel like a super star from beginning to end.
