S. W.I've been coming here since it opened, must be at least 10 years ago now. Anthony has always cut my hair. To this day, having lived in many different places, even halfway round the world, I've not found anyone who can cut my hair as well as him. Friendly staff, good atmosphere, and top notch cuts.
A. H.Had the £45 all in traditional shave and haircut. Great skill by barber, offered beer and coffee. Good vibe. Treatment was said to be one hour, was about 35 min.

I knew I could trust the staff in there and Lorraine did a fabulous job! I always have her cut my hair as she does a much better job than any hairdressers. You're made to feel comfortable and the price is amazing! Really good atmosphere and I will always travel from Liverpool to Manchester just so I can have my hair cut there. They know exactly what they are doing!

B.I'm very fussy when it comes to having my hair cut, I've recently moved home and tried three separate barbers before I met Loll at Close Male Grooming who gave me exactly what I wanted, she was also very accommodating to me being a particularly fussy customer. Great customer service and decent banter. 10/10, will be going again.
j. a.Went for a close shave. The shave itself was ok so they get the stars for that, the rest was the problem. The staff swear 20 times a minute, fine outside of business but awkward as a customer. Would have been better if they made more of an attempt with customer experience but seemed like they wanted me out asap. Place could do with a clean. Obviously there was hair around but the dust and hair seemed to have been accumulating for a while.
H. M.Been going here for about 6 years now, friendly staff and a welcoming space. Once you get a regular stylist it becomes even more comfortable a place as the rapport becomes free flowing and genuine.
