E. H.Great experience at the salon! Came in today with botched highlights done by a previous stylist at a different salon, and left with beautiful ashy/grey blonde. Couldn’t be any more impressed with the service, Colette was so friendly and welcoming! I would highly recommend this salon! I bought a Groupon voucher, and would suggest reading about the extra charges for longer hair and toner, however the prices of these extras are not unreasonable and make the finished product 10 times better than if you went without them. Overall great value and really high quality service; my hair hasn’t looked this good in years! I’ll definitely be back!

T. 9.I was 40 minutes late for my appointment so I arrived really worked up and apologetic. Hollie greeted me got me settled and then talked about what I wanted to do with my colour. As I was having foils and due to the time she had a colleague assist her to put my foils in. The whole process once my cut was completed and after two of them blowing my hair at once meant they worked on after the salon should have closed. I never felt rushed out. I loved the colour which included full highlights and low lights. Cut delicate but effective and carried out by (sorry forget name). All this and I had a groupon offer so was not paying full price. I did pay some extra due to adding lowlights but all in it was £62.00 which is amazing. Also I was informed by the owner, Collette that it was now a set price that I pay whenever I have the full works which is a bonus!! She added that they "wanted to give good service and hair care without the fancy price tag" and that is exactly what I got. For comparison apart from a couple of times in the village I usually have my hair done in Nicky Clarke, Pierre Alexander and the likes in town and have paid a fortune over the years so I am very picky. Could highly recommend!! Thank you to all at Designers Hair!! Keep up the good work!! 💇
L.Absolutely loved my cut and highlights. Staff are so friendly and they took their time with me. I came in with a Groupon voucher and they will allow me to use that same price again in the future. Had some weird experiences at hair dressers but it's brilliant here.
A. S.The first time I went to the salon was on a Groupon deal, and was very impressed with the results with my hair colour, so I was happy to book again and pay full price. The next time I went, I walked in at the time of my appointment, to find my hairdresser blow drying the hair of the salon owner, and was left for a few minutes waiting to be asked even to take a seat. I was asked if I wanted an appointment, although I had one, was called by a different name (Anna), and my notes clearly were not consulted, or maybe not even written on the first visit.
I have never been to a salon where I was not offered a coffee/tea when I sat down, but had to ask for one here, and overall, I can genuinely say I have never felt so undervalued as a customer at a hairdressing salon, paying full price.
A real shame because the hairdressing is good, but the experience is not.
S.I have had my hair done at this salon quite a few times now and every time they go above and beyond expectations. The staff are all so lovely and make you feel very welcome. Very happy with the service :)
