It was my first visit in Iconic. I've been in there in Friday (24/09/21). Chantelle did my hair. She's absolutely professional. Amazing job and brilliant service. Colour is fantastic and I'm so happy. Definitely I'll be back! Highly recommended. Martin:)

Came to this new salon and what a fabulous place to be The hairdresser was assigned to me was Chloe, all I can say is this is the first time I have come out of a salon completely happy, seriously this girl can create colour you think you want and you get, feel so happy and has brought me a little confidence that I'd lost in myself.

Been to Kayley a few times and had nothing but professionalism and perfect hair each time! Had consultations each time to discuss what I wanted to ensure it was spot on (I’ve been to other salons and not had consultations and always felt uneasy as I wasn’t sure they understood exactly what I had in mind but literally never had a worry with Kayley!) the salon is lovely and the other staff are to! This was my 1st visit & will definitley not be my last!! Kayley worked miracles on my hair, that had previously been butchered at a different salon 2 weeks earlier. I was nervous due to my experience, but Kayley put me at ease straightaway & when I suggested having colours, I left it in her hands as to what to have & I couldn't be happier with the result of the cut & the colours. Perfect!! Kayley has the most amazing personality & really cares that you leave happy. Rebooked! Thanks again 😍

Consultations are always given to ensure the client receives the exact outcome they want. Kayley is a fantastic inspiring lady who only wants the best for others and works extremely hard to be best and giving the best! so PLEASE dont let any negative comments on a review fool you into thinking otherwise.
