I visited Donna with my daughter last week, what a lovely lady. From the moment we walked through the door she was warm and approachable. She listened to what we had to say and was very understanding of our concerns. It was so refreshing to speak to someone who is competent without being arrogant, who took the time to explain things in detail to us. Someone who is extremely honest but done with such a kind-hearted manner. I honestly cannot speak highly enough of Donna.
