I had a really amazing experience in ventus salon. Rachel is such a lovey person . I felt comfortable from the beginning to the very end . It was my first time I went to the salon and first time in the past 8 years when I’ve done anything to my hair. I’m in love with my new hair and Rachel’s personality . I most definitely will be coming back and will be recommending her to everyone I know 🥰 you won’t be disappointed by booking an appointment!!

For someone that has severe anxiety and low confidence in new social situations Rachel made me feel relaxed from the minute I sat down. I have been going to her for years before she even got Ventus and I now would not trust anyone else or feel comfortable with anyone doing my hair except her. If anything her prices are too low for the service she provides. I couldn’t recommend this salon enough.

I used to visit Rachel years ago and she was amazing then, but after moving to another county and visiting countless salons in the last 4 years, none have been able to achieve Rachel’s brilliance. So I have made the journey back across to Manchester just to visit Rachel again and she does not disappoint. The only salon I’ve ever left and been 100% happy. Can’t wait to go back in 6 weeks!!!

The lovely ladies at the salon always welcome me warmly into the salon when I go for my eyelashes and the atmosphere is perfect. My lash lady is fantastic and I wouldn’t go to anybody else! This was my first time visiting Rachel and it couldn’t have been any better. Made my hair back to blonde again and with no yellowing! Very welcoming and just an overall enjoyable service and so reasonably priced! Will definitely be returning!

If I could give Rachel more than 5 stars I would. Not only did she do an amazing job with my haircut, she has to be the loveliest hairdresser I have come across! I have been to so many hairdressers and none of them have ever been that great and I am so glad I discovered Ventus. I used to have Alopecia and I let Rachel know and without asking she made sure the salon was empty just incase I was comfortable. She cares so much about her work and clients. 10/10 I think I have found my regular hairdresser now! :)
