I usually hate getting my hair done but they worked with me (very patiently!) helping me decide what would work for me and explaining the reasoning why - thinning out my annoyingly thick hair to a lovely (lighter!) more manageable style. I left transformed, happy and with a better idea of how to style my hair in future - to continue the look past salon day! Nicola has a wealth of experience and knowledge that is obvious on first meeting and Vivien an excellent stylist. I felt completely relaxed and got so lost in a natural conversation that the time flew! Will definitely be back!
