Laura was really friendly, professional and knowledgeable. She knew exactly what my hair needed and she went the extra mile for my daughter too! I have curly hair and am extremely fussy, but Laura did a fantastic job. Definitely recommend!

Honestly soo incredibly happy with my hair. First time coming to this salon Laura is fantastic at what she does from consultation right through to having hair cut and coloured. Highly recommend if you have natural curly hair best place to go and I will definitely be returning here.

I’ve been to Hensmans about a couple weeks ago for a cut and color. Prior to this I had had a reaction to the dye used when I went for the patch test (which i’ve never had before), so I was frustrated. but the team was so helpful and went far and beyond to find a formula that would work for me. I ended up having 3 patch tests to which I reacted to all! Shirley and Carol were really helpful and found a formula that was used in the Northampton branch that was PPD and PPG free, and it worked!! It took about a month but we finally got there, got the color I wanted and all went well. They’re all very professional and friendly and I’ll definitely be back. - Zainab 😊

I went there for a regular cut and I meet Laura who is I think the best hair stylist who done my hair. I would never go anywhere else from now one. She is so passionate and knows so much about hair. She was giving her knowledge to others while I was there too. It’s so fascinating to know how the cut of you hair is better or not depending on your face structure!!

Let me tell you how much I am DYING over how incredible my hair looks after seeing Adam yesterday! Went in for a massive colour correction with previous colour which was impossible to remove and Adam still managed to make my hair dreams come true and I left feeling like a whole brand new woman. This was my first time getting my hair done professionally at a hair dressers, I had Adam who coloured, trimmed and styled my hair. It was a lovely experience and the results are amazing! I love how my hair turned out with the colour, style and how soft and healthy my hair feels after being coloured and straightened, especially since my hair can easily go dry and go frizzy. I have been seeing Carol for years for a regular cut and colour and wouldn’t go anywhere else now - she is amazing! The team are always so welcoming too :) I took my 5 year old daughter for the first time today to have her hair cut by the lovely Laura. From start to finish the experience was fantastic! My little girl has v tight curly hair - the opposite of mine! But Laura was so knowledgeable of this hair type and gave me lots of additional advice. She was fantastic with my daughter who also had her first salon hair wash and loved it! The result is amazing, it was great value, and she is v excited to have her own personal stylist in Laura like mummy does with Carol! Thanks so much everybody - highly recommended :)

From the very first time I walked in just for an enquiry, to having a consultation and then to have my hair coloured, cut and styled by Sharley, it was all very enjoyable, professional and clean. She was happy to answer any questions I had along the way and also gave me her own professional advice on hair care and managability. She completely understood what I wanted my hair to look like and was honest about the process and what is achievable. A week on and I am even more in love with my hair, she's created something so great, more than what I had in mind. She's absolutely amazing at what she does. I had Laura at Hensmans MK style hair for my wedding and I absolutely loved it! Laura really listened to what I was after and made sure I was happy with how it was looking at our trials, so on the day there was no stress! My experience at Hensmans was amazing, as soon as I came into the salon Adam instantly made me feel comfortable and for once I was excited about having my hair cut, my hair was awful when I arrive and was so damaged but by the time I came out it was completely different, my hair felt and looked amazing and I felt so good about myself! Adam is the best and I will now only go to him, he listened to what I wanted, but I also took his advice and I’m so happy that I did. So excited to go back on Saturday to have it coloured!!🥰

First time at this salon. Glad I went. Had my hair cut by Victoria. All I can say is what a lovely young lady she is. Very chatty and very friendly. Victoria did an amazing cut for me, so happy with it. Looks so much healthier and she also gave me tips on styling it for when I want to curl my hair. Would definitely recommend Hensmans and have rebooked in again. Lovely location, easy parking, not the cheapest carpark but where is in MK. WOW! After years of searching I finally found my hair guru! I’ve been trying to find a “master stylist”. If you’re looking for “the one” give Adam a try. He will listen to you but also listen to him. He does know what he’s doing and is the “master “I was looking for. Adam is s great! Thoughtful and careful and kind, he doesn’t whip through the appointment. He spends time with his clients and makes time adjustments if needed. No rush, great style, trust him with your head! Thank you so much for the wonderful work you do! I love my colour and style.
