Kerry and Lois were fantastic! Kerry was super excited to help me with a major redesign of my hair (from butt length to above the shoulder and a side shave!) and Lois did an amazing job on my colour - everyone has complimented their work, and I haven't been this happy about a hair cut or a salon experience in...ever? Highly recommend going to them for your next cut, colour, or anything else you might need!

Kerry and Lois did an amazing job for my wedding hair and make up! Kerry really helped me to decide on what sort of look I wanted at the wedding trial appointment. On the day it was exactly what I wanted, I was so happy with how I looked and both the hair and makeup lasted really well all day. Kerry and Lois cut and style mine and my daughters hair, on numerous occasions, I have found the service to be superb, friendly, helpful and always willing to go above and beyond. The end result were always fabulous, my daughter hates having her hair done or did so in the past however she looks forward to her visits with Karela. Brilliant experience at Karela today. Love my new haircut by Kerry, it feels so fresh. The layers and shaping have given it lots of texture and bounce and the products have made my hair nice and shiny and feeling very soft. Attended for my first ever go at having Botox so was a little nervous however, what a wonderful place, wonderful friendly people who explained in detail and were meticulous in their knowledge and application. David was the specialist who looked after me - he was beyond competent in his approach, explanation and how he conducted the procedure. For Stony Stratford in our little old Milton Keynes, I was totally impressed with the whole experience (and the fruit chews that I ate most of & the bubbles) so honestly I couldn't recommend Karela Hair and Beauty Studio enough if you are looking to have Botox. Will definitely repeat this.

After having difficulty getting booked in with my doctor surgery for a hayfever injection I decided to go elsewhere so I did a quick Internet search and found Karela In Stony Stratford Milton Keynes. The appointment for my hayfever injection was easy to book with a quick email and within a couple of days I popped in for a quick consultation to make sure everything was medically sound for me to have the hayfever jab, the actual premises it’s self Is a nice clean modern hairdressing and beauty studio the staff are very friendly and the whole procedure was zero fuss.

Whether you want a regular hairdresser who you can trust or a hair/makeup artist for special occasions you can’t go wrong with Kerry and I couldn’t be more thrilled when she opened a new salon. Although the salon might be new I can confirm Kerry has years of experience. I first went to Kerry in July 2013 to get my hair & makeup done for my friend’s wedding. I then continued to go to her for regular haircuts. When I got married in August 2015 she did the trials before and on the day she did the my hair & makeup for both me & my bridesmaids. Kerry has been cutting my hair since (excluding lockdown) and my most recent cut was in the salon for a 2021 family wedding. So I like to go to Kerry for special occasions & for regular for haircuts. I’m quite an anxious person but never feel anxious with Kerry since I know she will always do a good job & will recommend makeup to suit me. I always leave feeling great and the salon has everything you could ask for in a hairdressers.

Kerry did wonderful make up for me, my mother and a bridesmaid for my wedding. The make up was just what I wanted and the rest of my party also felt the same about their make up. Kerry was very friendly and helpful both during my trial and on the wedding day. The make up lasted all day and made me feel great. I would highly recommend Kerry.

Anti-wrinkle treatment (botox) I decided to have the anti wrinkle treatment and for me trust was a masssive factor, especially with the procedure being in such delicate areas on my face and also having a slight phobia of needles! I had a consultation with David at Karela and was given all of the information about the procedure, where and how the botox was going to be administered. David answered all of my questions, which allayed my fears. I was well informed which put me at ease. On the day i was having the treatment, I knew what to expect so i was not nervous at all, excited more so. I had read previously from other people's experiences that there could be some bruising but I've not had any at all. I'm very impressed with your expertise, knowledge and skill that you have displayed throughout. The whole experience was pleasant and very importantly delivered FANTASTIC results! I'm so impressed. Lois did my hair last week and was absolutely amazing and such a lovely girl. I had a blonde balayage done to my dark brown hair and she faded it so nicely as I had asked! And when I decided a couple of days later that I wanted to dull down the blonde a bit they were so friendly and really cared about what I wanted! Would definitely recommend this salon:)

Aura Smoothing treatment: I’ve just been into Karela hair and beauty studio I’d already been there and had my hair restyled and after a consultation with Kerry I decided to treat my frizzy hair to the Aura treatment. I was absolutely amazed at the condition of my hair after the treatment. It was a thoroughly enjoyable experience and the girls are lovely and so friendly. I highly recommend this new salon.

Went in with a bad case of lockdown root growth, lots of greys, old grown out balayage and not to mention hair down to my waist so Lois had her work cut out for her!.
