Great salon , really friendly staff. They all make you feel at ease and welcome. It's very difficult for hairdressers to get curly hair right and I am super Fussy who touches my hair as have bad experiences as a lot of hairdressers just don't know how to cut curly hair. I was recommended Dolly through a friend a few years ago and I can't recommend her enough. She completely understands curly hair and always does an amazing job, and doesn't rush. She is also helpful in making recommendations on the best products suited to your hair type. Def recommend!!!

Amazing amazing Dolly had been great at putting my son at ease and sorting out his curly hair and giving it style ! He always looks forward to being treated and spoilt there ! All the staff are friendly and professional Dolly has also given me great advice about taking care of my curly hair and products to use

My daughter had her nails done absolutely brilliantly by the very talented & patient Jasmine, very much to her (& her friends' !) approval. The nail treatment even withstood her boxing classes thereafter. My haircuts by Dolly & her staff were great, and again met my daughter's approval, which other MK haircuts have not in the past. The salon has a very cool & unique vibe, which is much needed in MK and gives Stony Stratford another boost as a destination

I've been going to London Road Salon for a few years now. Having curly hair means I am always anxious with hair dressers but Dolly is fantastic so much so that when I recently got married Dolly did mine, my bridesmaids, mother in law and mother of the bride hair.

I love 🥰 this salon! It’s quirky and inclusive. Dolly who owns it is so knowledgable on curls and her staff are great fun and talkative! I always get a cuppa (very important) and sonny the salon chihuahua is adorable! Highly recommend 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

Brilliant. Went in today for a trim and facial. Hair and beard all sorted. The decor in here is brilliant, very very cool place, and the staff are very friendly. I would definitely recommend giving them a call. They do a couple of late evenings too so perfect for after work in the week.

Brilliant, staff are polite and courteous and also like to have a joke with each other which creates a friendly atmosphere. Dolly deserves a mention as she has been so helpful and given me some great advice on how to look after my daughter's curly hair, and my daughter often tells me "Dolly said........" when we are talking about her hair.

An excellent Salon for any gender. The cut was great, the atmosphere and aethetic of the salon itself was stylish but welcoming and the staff are so friendly too. Booking online was easy, arriving and getting sorted was easy, getting my haircut was easy and I will definitely be returning. A deserved and solid 5 stars When I entered, I was met by a clearly laid out reception point, none of the awkward walking in and floating by the door wonder if you should sit or wait, just a friendly welcome and was invited to sit down. The chairs are comfy too, none of the plastic school-style chairs here. It was only a moment before I was further greeted and welcomed to my seat for the cut and restyle and again the staff where incredibly friendly but not overbearing. I'm the boring type who usually doesn't chat too much when having my hair done but everyone was very easy to talk to. I couldn't help but feel happy to join in with conversation. After being offered a drink, my coat taken for me and a gown given to me, the stylist/artist (in this case Dolly, who was delightful) was with me discussing my style ready to get started. I had grown out my hair longer than ever so I had no real idea what I wanted as I'd never had my hair styled beyond a 'short back and sides' , but with ease she helped talk me through what I want and provided suggestions where I was unsure and images to use as reference for my ideas and was off on her way making it happen. She checked that I was happy as we went and got the cut done with ease. If you're a guy who's been caught with a case of the lockdown hair and want to freshen up your new lengthy look, I'd recommend here for sure.

Dolly is the best hairdresser ever. I've struggled for years to find someone who k ows how to cut my thick, coarse, curly hair. There's no point trying to have a "hairstyle" because it really does do its own thing, so I have learned to work with it rather than try to get it to do what I'd like it to do. Dolly understands my struggle and also works with my hair so it's easy to manage and looks great too

I started using London road hair a couple of years ago and wow they are amazing, mark does my hair and he has worked wonders on my hair ( I'm a nightmare for colouring) since going here I have not touched a box colour at all, my hair is in amazing condition, the whole team make you feel so welcome, this is by far the best hairdressers I would highly recommend
