Marinela did our hair today, and was exceptional. So friendly and made my hair look incredible. I’m fairly self conscious but she had me smiling the whole time. Overall she had a great attitude, was exceedingly polite and really make our first experience worth it. We will definitely come back.

Henna did my hair- balayage, cut and finish. I was shocked how well the balayage turned out. I had no experience of hair colouring before so I was nervous how it will turn out, but I trusted Henna and she gave me what I expected it to be. I was really happy with the service and Henna was friendly and professional. She took her time, and kept on informing me what was going on and gave me advise of what I should use on my hair which was very helpful. I recommend using this service if you are interested in doing your hair.

Stefania was amazing, she really listened to what I was looking for and seemed to be on the same page with me immediately. I am blonde, and she made sure to use a level of bleach to avoid damaging my hair and the olaplex treatment has left it so soft and unbelievably shiny! Lee is such a professional and overall brilliant hair director (apologies if this title is wrong - I just know he is the best at his game!). He listens to your wants and vision of what you'd like doing, but also not afraid to make recommendations to really make your hair pop and become a better extension of you. Personally, in my experience, he won't do something if he didn't like it, meaning he won't let you ruin your hair just to make you happy, he wants you to be proud of it and that's fair enough as you are a showcase of his work! I actually started going to him when I was probably 18 years old, I am now 30: Absolutely cannot recommend enough, and paying that little bit extra to get him to do what you need doing, you won't regret it!

I had my hair cut here as a birthday treat whilst I was on a trip away. I chose Regis because I knew they were a company that had a good reputation. I read some reviews about specifically the Milton Keynes branch and noticed a few hairdressers had positive comments about them, so took this into consideration when booking. Luckily one of the names I had seen had an appointment available. Henna is who did my hair, and all I can say is the reviews were so right!!! She was professional, approachable, friendly and made me feel relaxed and welcome. She took the time to really listen to what I wanted and what I didnt like about my hair, looked at my face shape etc and I just fully trusted her to do what she thought was best for me. I came away with a lovely hair cut and a spring in my step. Thank you Regis and specifically thank you Henna :)

I am loving my new hair !!! All credits goes to Henna! She was simply amazing. I had zero ideas about how I was going to do my hair and so I asked Henna for her professional opinion and she broke it down for me. She explained all the steps so well and really took her time with me. She listened to what I wanted and exceeded my expectations. The finish and feel of my hair is indescribable. I was super nervous as this was my first time getting it done but Henna made me feel completely at ease. I have to also add that Henna is so personable and super kind! It genuinely felt like I was getting my hair done by a friend even though this was my first time properly interacting with her. If you are thinking of getting your hair done then look no further, I would 100% recommend! My mum has booked in for her appointment too!

I received the best service I can’t fault!! Me and my 4 year old were given a hair cut, hers was just a dry cut and I was wash cut and blow dry with a hair spray I was charged £100!!! For what? The service I think not! The girl who cut my daughters hair did amazing. When I left I was really really happy I’m not going to lie but the fact was the guy had blow dried my hair to style it so well. After a couple of days I washed my hair at home and saw that it basically was just a straight chop no blending no thinning at the bottom keeping in mind my hair is mega thick n he mentioned this, I know I asked for one length but no hair dresser has ever left me looking like this! It just needed more tidying n thinning in my opinion n for the price I’m not happy with the end result.

Henna did an awesome job. Given the current situation and the new system in place, she had the patience of a saint and I love my hair makeover! Unfortunately the other 2 members of staff made me really uncomfortable. They were randomly staring me down in the mirror, and blew other customers’ hair off the floor at me with a hairdryer... pretty sure it wasn’t intentional but wake up!! One of them was supposed to take over the wash and dry of my hair but she made it very clear she didn’t know how.

The only negative (which has nothing to do with her excellent service) was apprently the prices on the website are lower than the actual charges which meant I'd budgeted a bit too low (~£110 for a cut and colour). It was a lovely cut/colour and I would go again I would ring to confirm the price so I know what to expect at the counter.

Been going to Stephania for some time now. She knows me & my dreadful hair but is always open to listening, understanding & discussing what I want. She will explain what she is going to do to achieve what I want & always gives me an honest opinion if she feels that my hair will not suit a particular style that I have requested. I have never had a bad haircut from her. She also reads people well & knows that I hate the old hairdresser/holiday/client relationship chit chat so once the consultation is over she sets about giving me what we have agreed to with the minimum fuss but always periodically explains to me what is happening with the cut. You couldn’t ask more from a hairdresser.

I called in the morning to see if I could get a last minute slot for a haircut as my hair had gone unattended for so long that it had become extremely tangled and dry. I booked an appointment with Nelly, she was absolutely lovely and very personable. The cut took no time at all and my hair feels fresh and healthy. She managed to cut it exactly how I wanted even though I had gone in there with no particular style in mind. She finished by giving my hair a beautiful wave that has held up all evening. The salon itself is very organised and tidy and they have taken extra care to adhere to Covid-19 safety regulations. Certainly will be visiting Regis again and absolutely will be asking for Nelly.

The lady who was cutting my hair was professional and nice. She asked questions and I was overall very happy with the service. However, this was my first visit to this Regis salon and I was expecting it to be a bit more "glamorous". The place was a little scrubby, although I was a first client of a day the floor around my station looked dirty. I saw fresh the towels with bleach stains. It was disappointing.

Henna is by far the best hairdresser I have ever come across. I always hated going to the hairdressers. I would shy away from wearing my hair down after a hair appointment for at least a month until my hair grew longer or the colour settled. I had checked the previous reviews and was a bit nervous having read a few of the negative ones. Anyway after the amazing feedback left about Nelly and Sonila I decided to give it a go. I had a appointment with Nelly and she was amazing. I felt like I had known her for years. I’m not sure if I should describe her as a hairdresser or a magician. I had extremely long hair and decided to go for a complete change and she did an amazing job. I had complements from the moment I walked out of the salon. I have been coming to Regis for many years now, particularly to have my hair done by Stefania. She is the most wonderful hairdresser and, just as important ,the most wonderful person! Stefania's wealth of knowledge on all aspects of hairdressing is second to none be it cutting, colouring or even perming (yes there are still a few of us who have perms) and what I think is really great is the way I see Stefania passing on her knowledge and expertise to the more junior staff - no matter how busy she is, Stefania always has time for all the clients and all her colleagues. Stefania is marvellous at making you feel relaxed, comfortable, that you can really trust her because she understands Your hair and what You want and, it goes without saying making you feel a million dollars. Also the whole environment in this salon is welcoming, all the staff are lovely and they all want to make sure you know that they are there to look after you.
