M. P.I have been going to this salon since I was 17 years old, I am now 22. I have had my hair done by almost everyone at the salon, my go to is Vanessa. I have never left disappointed with my colour, haircut or Blowdry / finish. This is well and truly a lovely salon that feels like home, where everyone who works there is friendly & welcoming. Not to mention the quality of their products, the care they take to ensure you are happy with the finished look, and in general their ability as hairdressers. I cannot see myself ever going anywhere else.
I would recommend this salon to anyone, 11/10. Thank you salon vibe & especially to you Vanessa! (And Zara of course…!)
R. H.Went in for a haircut for the first time. Not sure if I had a trainee or stylist, but there was a huge language barrier. I kept trying to explain to him that I just wanted a blunt trim of a few inches, and he just didn’t understand what I was saying. The rest of the employees were at the other station helping a stylist color someone’s hair, and they seemed aware that we were struggling to communicate, but didn’t interact. I was a little disappointed but overall just felt bad for the guy doing my hair. He ended up putting layers in, which I didn’t want, but it could have been worse, so I’m okay with that. The only other complaint is that there was SO much hair in the salon chair I sat in. It looked like it hadn’t been cleaned for months. And the cape that was put on me had clearly just been used by the man before me because it was covered in tiny hairs. Quite gross. I don’t think I’ll be going back, but who knows, maybe after a year or two they will pick up their game.
